Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I dont usually write reviews but my experience with this dealership has been awful. I purchased a Mercedes from them in September. The car broke down I dont usually write reviews but my experience with this dealership has been awful. I purchased a Mercedes from them in September. The car broke down a little over a month after purchase. I had to have it towed off a highway to the nearest Mercedes dealership. They performed a diagnostic and discovered a bunch of the original parts in the engine were removed and replaced with junkyard parts. I also purchased the supplemental warranty that CarVision offered and it took over 6 weeks to have the warranty provider inspect the car to confirm the findings. The warranty provider agreed with the assessment of what was wrong, but still denied the claim. When I told CarVision of the issue they told me to have the car towed to their south Philadelphia location. I had to pay for the tow on my own and now refuse to even look at the car unless I pay for a NEW diagnostic up front. This place is a scam and has easily been my worst car buying experience ever! I cannot be any more adamant than to tell everyone DO. NOT. BUY. FROM. THIS. PLACE!!! More
