My Mother is looking for a decent Car to get around in. She came into a little bit of Money, not a ton but certainly enough to find her reliable transportation. I am trying to find her something reliable that won't chew up all of the cash she's getting. So I have been searching all the local dealers for something for her. I have found several cars over several local dealerships and since not only do I want the car to be mechanically sound she needs to feel comfortable driving it. That was for context and it exactly what I am telling each dealer that we visit. Roger at CarVision (Maple Shade) the salesman that was assisting us seemed to understand that. He was helpful and engaging. We test drove both cars we came to look at, one had a couple of issues and the second was a contender. So we informed Roger of that and thanked him. We then told him we had some cars at other dealers we wanted to checkout first before we made a decision. That they were merely the first stop in the process. He seemed OK with this but he said he had to talk to his manager first and asked us to wait. This had me raise an eyebrow but we waited a couple of minutes and I forget the guys name that came over but he wanted to know if there was anything else we wanted to look at before leaving and I politely told him no, and that we had seen what we needed and we have other cars to look at before making a decision. Then came the pressure. ( I hate pressure sales and I don't know what purpose it serves except to annoy people like me ) I asked him if he makes a decision on a major purchase after looking at one option. He fired back immediately that he would if he loved it. Without missing a beat I returned with "Ok then we liked it we didn't love it" Then he asked us to wait while he talked to his manager ( HOW MANY MANAGERS DOES THIS PLACE NEED? ) Perhaps if they had less managers like this they might make more sales. I could tell Roger looked uncomfortable. Roger knows I'm not coming back to that place without my ever having said a word. But that car was a serious contender. Now, I don't care what kind of deal they throw at me. I will not walk back into that place. All those managers did is talk me out of buying a car there now or EVER! More

DO NOT COME HERE FROM OUT OF STATE. Was chatting with someone that I thought worked there. Started talking at 8am. The store didn't open until 10. Told her the car I wanted, filled out a credit app, and started trying to find a baby sitter for my child. Earliest I could get there was 2 but she assured me the car would be ready at 2. Messaged her again around noon to confirm everything was still good. She said yes the car is ready, see you soon. OK, cool. Drive over an hour, get to a mess of a lobby with a bunch of employees that seemed like they didn't know what they were doing or who to help. Checked in, no one knew who I was, and was told oh, we sold that car first thing this morning. Then was told, oh this happens all the time. Excuse me? You had every opportunity to let me know it was sold. But I was ready with a back up. Had a second picked out. Asked about that. Oh that one sold too. Suuuurrreee it did. This place is a hot mess. I don't think they ever even had the cars, I think they throw up certain listing's to get people in then try to bait you into something else. Not to mention after filling out the credit app, no one contacted me from the finance team. Their internal communication is terrible. Avoid Cameron, the kid is a slimy weasel. Very unprofessional, and was bragging about how he sold one of the cars i came to get earlier that day. Who does that? DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS. Take a few extra minutes and search elsewhere. I guarantee you will find just as good of a deal somewhere else. More
