We met Frank as we were walking around the lot. We then set up an appointment to test drive two specific vehicles. We decided to purchase the one vehicle and there was absolutely zero "sales" pressure from Frank. We had a trade in and Frank did everything he could to get the best trade value for us - including a discussion with the trade manager. Paper work was smooth - we were offered both food and beverages during our 4 hour process. we will send friends and family to Frank and Car Vision and we will also return for our next trade. More

First id like to say that going into this dealer is very hard unnoticed. Some one always greets you with a very friendly smile on their face. I researched the truck I wanted and saw that Car Vision has thi hard unnoticed. Some one always greets you with a very friendly smile on their face. I researched the truck I wanted and saw that Car Vision has this specific truck. SO the three hour trip started and I was not disappointed in the service provided. Since I live in New York however, you need to make sure your paper work is completed fully as the laws in NY and PA are slightly different but everything was sorted out in a quick and fashionable manor. The truck was registered at the second attempt to the DMV (NY DMVs are not the greatest as well...) and i have no problems with the truck. Service was great and Mohamed is a great salesperson with what seems to me at least a few years of experience! He is a great person in general and that is what I like to see in someone that is selling me a car. Keep up the good work, I will recommend my family and friends from all around! More

I would highly reccomend purchasing a vehicle from CarVision. I had a great, easy, quick experience there, and I owe majority of it to Frank who was my sales rep. and also the rest of the finance team CarVision. When I called from a distance away about a specific vehicle I seen online, Frank went out of his way to double check on it for me to make sure it was still available. I even asked him to check for any scratches, or imperfections on the vehicle that would stick out before I made the trip down. And he was very upfront with me and told me in detail about a few minor flaws as far as small scratches that ended up coming out anyway from there detail shop. Which for me as a customer was very important that I could trust him enough to make the trip and not expect any surprises. The car has been nothing but great, I love it and would reccomend any of my friends and family to Frank and Carvision! More

I went into the dealership last week with my son while browsing for a new car. Before going in I did my research online and found that this dealer was highly rated, so I came in. He sat down with us and asked us what we were looking for and what we were willing to spend and actually wasn't pushing into something we were not comfortable with (very shocked, due to my experience with used car dealers). It was a very comfortable environment and WE LEFT WITH A CAR THAT DAY! Car Vision was great with all their broad range of cars and selection, but I do not think I would have 'sealed-the-deal' if it wasn't for our salesman MOHAMMED! Thanks Car Vision! More

A few thoughts regarding my very positive experience with the Carvision service department worthy of sharing with other car owners in need of service or repair. I have 5 cars in my family ranging between 20 the Carvision service department worthy of sharing with other car owners in need of service or repair. I have 5 cars in my family ranging between 2002 and 2008. Seems like every time I turn around one of the cars is in need of something. I've used other auto repair places in the area none with the professionalism and expertise I've had with Carvision. The service manager, Marty Spitko, was very courteous and always schedules the work at a time convenient with me. He gives me an estimate of the time it will take to have the work completed and every time I get my cars back right on schedule. The prices have always been competitive and affordable, way less then the other places I've used in the past. And most important, the work is always completed and done correctly without any problems the first time. Seems like all their mechanics are very well trained and know what they are doing. A few times the parts needed for my repairs were not readily available, but Marty always called to explain the situation and let me know what I was up against. A few of the cars in my family (my sons cars) are getting up in miles and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a new car from Carvision. They seem to have always have a beautiful inventory at what appears to be very good prices. Thumbs up to the Carvision service department. With 5 cars in the family thank goodness they are there! More
