It was different from the moment we walked through the door. Doc was fantastic... he was extremely patient with us, and explained all of our options and answered all of our questions. He was completely non-pressuring and was a straight shooter all the way. I absolutely LOVE the car we bought, a 2007 VW Rabbit. When I arrived to pick it up, Doc had it sparkling and ready to go. This was a fantastic experience, and we've already told our friends and family so. We highly recommend Car Vision to anyone in the market for a used car. Thank you!!! More
Frank was the salesman I purchased a 2005 Honda CR-V from in October. Frank was very friendly, and overall, the sales portion of my experience there was decent enough. It's the six months since I've purchased the car that things have not been so hot. By December, my breaks were crunching, and I took it in, to find out it needed break pads and two roters replaced, and the other two machined. I complained quite forcefully about only putting 3200 miles on the car and the breaks being completely shot, which means they did not do anything to them before selling the car. Last week coming home from work the transmission went. 82000 on a Honda and the transmissions went. Really? I'm glad I bought the power train warranty on it, but it is taking them more than a week now, and they still don't have the parts or the car done. They don't seem to inspect or care for the quality of the product they sell. Update - I was contacted by the general manager who committed himself to rectifying the situation, which I greatly appreciate. More
I ran across the car I was looking for on the internet. I was surprised because I had found another car from Car Vision several years ago. Since my experience with them was possitive the first time around and the car is stilll running well considering it's age (94 Camry), I decided to give them a call. Frank was the person who took my call and I must say he was great working with from start to finish. He responded to all my questions in a timely manner. I must of had him checking out what I thought to be a dent in one of the pictures on the hottest day of summer. The best thing about Frank was he was responsive without being pushy. So for the second time I made the trip from the Washington, DC area to purchase a car from Car Vision. The car was sitting in front of the door when I arrived and all my financing paperwork was in place. The price for the car was slightly higher than what Kelley Blue Book listed as it's value. But after the bad experiences I had with dealerships closer to home, I didn't mind paying the few extra dollors. Besides the note I'm paying for the loan is much better than all other packages presented to me. I would highly recommend Car Vision if you're looking for a quality vehicle and outstanding customer service. More

We have bought multiple cars from Car Vision. By far - my favorite "sales" person is Erik, "Doc." I filled out an online assessment with my car - and did it twice - because I forgot something. I received calls quickly - first from one sales person, that I won't mention. He seemed to do it out of duty and when I presented the quandry I was in - just told me basically that when I figured it out - to give him a call. He wasn't rude, mean, or whatever - just not motivated. I then received a call from Doc. He was extremely friendly, not pushy, and seemed like he wanted to help. Asked me some simple questions. I received an email from him quickly with some recommendations. He worked with me the whole week - even showing us cars with a broken foot - hobbling all over the lot. He wanted what was best for my family. I had consulted another dealership during the week, when it looked like we weren't getting enough for our trade. They actually recommended Car Vision to trade in a car because they are so generous. I was going to sell my car to Car Vision at that point and go with a new car with the other dealership - when I received an email from Doc with all the new cars that came on the lot that perfectly fit my wants. He even commented that one in particular, my 5 year old daughter would love and called her by a nickname he must have heard me call her. As a business owner, that meant a lot. He listens and has a great repore. It was then we decided that Doc would get our business. He had gone above and beyond for us and found us a car that fit our needs. Check out Doc at Car Vision. I didn't get as much as I wanted for my trade-in, but the car I bought was purchased below market value, so it all worked out and I left with what I felt was a fair deal. More

I was lucky I was able to return the vehicle I purchased which was a 2005 4runner. My bank would not let them deposit their check because they were ripping us off as the truck was way over market value plus which was a 2005 4runner. The finance guy insulted both my wife and I and the general manager Tom was the rudest person I could have met for someone who wants to sell a car. the worst overall car buying experience I have ever had and i research all my purchases but made the mistake of not researching this dealer. After i read the online reviews i realized how lucky we were that we were able to return this vehicle because my bank would not let them deposit the funds. I was amazed at how hostile and insulting they became. Do not buy a car from these people. More
