When I pulled up to the showroom in my 1998 van, Ken was outside and greeted me immediately. He noticed right away how my front molding was hanging off the front end. My driveway has a dip, and the van low ground clearance, and I need something that won't get caught scraping the driveway when I back out. I wanted a pick up truck (I thought). As it happened, they didn't have many pick up trucks, most were crew cabs, which were larger than what I wanted. Then he found me a Jeep that was suitable and I love it! We went inside, met with the finance manager, spoke with my bank, and arranged the trade-in of my van. Within a couple hours I drove out in a newer vehicle and am thrilled with it.
