Two thumbs up to Erik "Doc" in sales and Jimmy in service. Fixed every minor and even one major issue I could find wrong with the vehicle I purchased before I left the lot. All the dealerships that I have dealt with in the past it was "As Is" when I bought it but these guys made every effort to send me out the door with used vehicle that I can feel confident to hold up for my daughter for years to come. This salesman LIED to my face and misrepresented a warranty saying there was 9k miles left on the powertrain warranty when in fact there was only 90 days. When confronted on this, he said a warranty timeframe was "common sense" and ignored the fact that he misrepresented the facts. I question the integrity of this dealership. I like the car but have walked away from the deal even with my bank check in hand. It's not worth it to be disrespected. I also think that because I'm a woman they tried to take advantage and push me into buying one of their warranties. Do yourself a favor and google 'Car Vision Complaints'. I was astounded at the poor reviews and experiences that other customers have had. I'm happy I walked away. More
