I came to CarVision today, Saturday, because I was impressed by their large inventory. I work full time and Saturdays are the best time for me to explore dealerships. My intentions were to test drive several cars that interested me from their website, but when I got there I was asked how much money I was willing to put down on a vehicle before I had even stepped in one. I told her I had several cars in mind and wanted to check them out before discussing financing. She let me get into a Saab and asked me again about financing. I repeated my intentions and said I still wanted to look at more cars before discussing this subject. Other dealerships I had been to had not questioned my finances until I was in love with a car and inquired. Andrea told me "Saturdays are for buying cars" and said to come back Monday. I said fine and took my business down the street to Jim Wynn Volkswagen, where Mac was more than accommodating, friendly and informative. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Jetta with a great price. I would never recommend CarVision to anyone. Customer service was rude, short, and more than unfriendly. More

My Chrysler Pacifica needed a battery and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I was given. I spoke with Jimmy Franklin and he was very pleasant and helpful. He had my car back to me with in 2 pleasantly surprised by the service I was given. I spoke with Jimmy Franklin and he was very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I drove 2 hours to look at a specific car. We were back and forth on which car dealership we were going to purchase our vehicle from. Unfortunately we were 15 minutes away (which turned into 20 due to all the red lights)& Frank who was already gone for the day came back and held the office open for us. That is customer service he knew we wanted the car and could have said you will have to come back in the morning. Though he knew we drove a distance! Thank you Frank! I have one happy husband ! More
