The buying experience took less than an hour and I had everything I needed to drive the car home. Erik went the extra mile and took care of getting me an owners manual additional set of keys for the new car and even dealing with service issues I had with my BMW. Jimmy Franklin in service not only made sure I had great service on my BMW with quick turnaround, they also cleaned my car inside and out and put air in my tires to make sure the car was really good to go. I generally don't write reviews because service is an expectation, but Carvision just gets the customer experience better than the new car dealers and sets a higher standard for any car dealer. More
