Frank, our Sales Consultant was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, but not pushy. Whenever we finished test driving one car, he was ready to set us up with another until we found the car that was and knowledgeable, but not pushy. The only drawback to the overall experience was that we purchased an extended warranty on the spot, and then after getting home and doing some research on the company and the plan, we regretted the purchase. The following day I emailed Frank and Rodger at the dealership asking that this agreement be cancelled. Frank responded on Monday that he had forwarded our request on, but I have not yet received confirmation from anyone else at the dealership that the cancellation of the agreement and credit card debit have been processed. Overall, I had a great experience with Car Vision. They were extremely flexible with payment options, and they had the car I wanted for an unbeatable price. I was coming from an hour and a half away, so t were extremely flexible with payment options, and they had the car I wanted for an unbeatable price. I was coming from an hour and a half away, so the salesman (Ken) set aside the keys for me to ensure the car wasn't sold before I got there. He gave me his dedicated attention while I was there, and everyone was friendly. I had a few minor issues, but nothing that greatly detracted from the experience. First, the original contract that was printed was for $300 more than the advertised price. I believe this was an honest mistake, and the gentleman I worked with corrected it immediately after I mentioned it. Second, I was a little disappointed the gas tank wasn't filled before we left the dealership. It was a little less than half full. Third, one of the brake lights was out on the car. Again, not a big deal, but a small detail that could have been caught. These issues were very minor considering the great deal I got on the car. I'll definitely be looking at Car Vision the next time I need a vehicle. More
