After having a terrible experience at the previous dealership I attempted to purchase a car from, the service I received from CarVision.com was incredible. I was able to easily set up an appointment to see the vehicle at my leisure, and when I did arrive (on a time constraint), I was speedily seen and greeted pleasantly at the door. I'd already done independent research on the vehicle I wanted, so I went to the dealership with a knowledge of the advantages of purchasing a Prius and knew that this may very well have been the best price on the market. Rohan was relatively helpful, he quickly allowed me to take the vehicle to be inspected by my own mechanic (located 25 minutes away) and although unfortunately, by the time I reached the shop it had closed, allowed me to come back and take the vehicle again the next day. Kevin, the sales manager, did A PHENOMENAL job in assisting me to finalize the financing process, he saw that the car was in good condition before I drove it off the lot and was very agreeable and pleasant to interact with. I could not have asked for an easier buying process. Even the general manager, Tom, came out after I'd bought the car to take a picture of me. And give me chocolates! Andrea was my salesperson. Once she realized I was there to buy a car and not window shop, things went well. I was impressed by her superior product knowledge of 5 different cars I wanted to look at. The car prices were decent, although it would have been nice to get a small concession on price after I made an offer on a car. The best part of my experience was a $10,000+ marketing idea from the GM I picked up for our business. The only after sale disappointment I had with dealership was the dozen or so emails asking for this review and no emails or follow up as to how I liked the car I purchased. Overall it was painless & I would shop there again without hesitation. More

I wish buying a car was always this easy. My first car purchase 7 years ago was a total nightmare. I had some apprehension about going through the process again especially after visiting a rather well-kno purchase 7 years ago was a total nightmare. I had some apprehension about going through the process again especially after visiting a rather well-known car dealer and getting the run around. David, and the rest of the staff was awesome. I test drove the Jeep Cherokee which I had expressed interest in to David prior to coming in and within an hour the whole process was complete, test drive included. Everyone was super friendly and they made me feel very at home. The Owner also came out shook my hand and personally thanked me for choosing to do business with Car Vision. I thoroughly enjoyed the service, the quality of the vehicle and the staff and have already spoken highly of this dealership to friends who are in the market for vehicles. They will definitely be the first place i consider when I purchase my next vehicle. More
