Very pleased with experience right from being able to chat online on a SUNDAY. I purchased my Nissan 350Z first thing Monday morning because Jennifer chatted with me on Sunday and confirmed vehicle was s chat online on a SUNDAY. I purchased my Nissan 350Z first thing Monday morning because Jennifer chatted with me on Sunday and confirmed vehicle was still available. Ken Keplinger was a real pleasure to work with, very worm individual, easy to discuss my specific interested in a car. I arrived first thing Monday morning an hour before your normal opening time. Ken came right out to me in the parking lot asking how he could help me and explained I was an hour early. WIthout missing a beat Ken said it was not going to be an issue and he could immediatly help me. He had to let me in the service entrance because the front door was still locked. All I can say is within an hour and half of pulling into your lot Ken had me driving out in my new car. It will be my pleasure to recommend Car Vision to others, and specifically to make sure they use Ken! More

I think that when selling a car the consumer should be told at least some of the basic functions of the car. the employees were friendly and curtious,but I felt hurried. I visited Car Vision after hearing about them on the radio Wired 96.5. The cars they sell were clean and in good condition. I came to car vision after going to atleast 15 other dealerships. I saw car vision on line and decided to come in and check Them out. The car that I originally came to see was not ready yet so Mohamed A dealerships. I saw car vision on line and decided to come in and check Them out. The car that I originally came to see was not ready yet so Mohamed Ali (what a great name) showed us a couple other vehicles. He was very nice and wasnt at all pressuring us into getting anything we didnt want or could afford. We told him our price range and he only showed us vehicles that we could afford. I also told him where I wanted to keep my car payments and he made it happen!! We drove off the lot in a dodge durango and were very satisfied!!!! I'm the type of person who always has doubts and always wonders if i could have gotten a better deal but after leaving car vision I didint feel like that AT ALL!! I felt great about the decision we made and I can honestly say that If I would not of went to car vision and met Mohamed I would not have purchased a car today!!! I highly reccomend Car Vision and its great sale person Mohamed Ali! More

BOTH JIMMIE , SERVICE ADVISOR & MARTY,SHOP FOREMAN HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT ONE WOULD NORMALLY EXPECT FROM A SERVICE DEPT. THEY HAVE BENT OVER BACKWARD TRYING TO FIX A NUMBER OF SMALL PROBLE HAVE GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT ONE WOULD NORMALLY EXPECT FROM A SERVICE DEPT. THEY HAVE BENT OVER BACKWARD TRYING TO FIX A NUMBER OF SMALL PROBLEMS,SOME OF WHICH I AM SURE ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED WITH THIS PRE-OWNED VEHICLE I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS.
