I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I want to share my experience at Carvision today with those of you that take the time to read them. I'm very picky when it comes to picking out a car, want to share my experience at Carvision today with those of you that take the time to read them. I'm very picky when it comes to picking out a car, so needless to say I visited several dealerships and I must say Carvision was the one that impressed me the most. The business is located in a nice neighborhood in Trooper PA (although their site said Norristown). There is a bank across the street, a Wawa, gas stations, plenty of fast food restaurants etc. So there's plenty to do while you wait for your car to get ready. The staff greeted me at the door. Not in a pushy, let me sale you a car kinda way. But more like a person who just wanted to say "hey, what's going on?". Andrea (my salesperson) was nothing but smiles the whole time, even when she had to dig out a car I wanted to drive that was buried in a row of other choices. I drove 2 cars and went home with the first. The financing was a breeze. Wow. Did not know it was this easy! Car came out minutes later sparkling like new. I live in NJ and am so glad I made the rather long trip to Carvision. Leaving a happy new "used" car owner and will gladly make the drive the next time I need anything car-related! Recommend this place to anyone reading this, and to all my friends and family! More

My experience at Car Vision was outstanding!!! I highly recommend it to everyone. Our salesperson was Eric and he had the exact type of car waiting for us when we got to their lot. The staff was very friendly, courteous and accommodating. No pressure from them at all! The prices are so affordable and the highest quality of cars. We took our Mitsubishi Endeavor for a trip across the country with no problems at all. Eric was so efficient and knowledgeable that I felt completely comfortable buying from them. I needed a new car after someone had totaled mine. Car Vision had cars within my price range. Mohamed was my sales representative. He was very nice and accommodating to wants/needs. Car was missing key fob for key-less entry which was advertised in the description. Mohamed has been very helpful in making sure I get one. Car only needed a few minor parts tweaked (loose headlights and the hood release needed to be replaced). Headlights fixed and waiting on release lever to come in. Overall good experience. More

We met Frank as we were walking around the lot. We then set up an appointment to test drive two specific vehicles. We decided to purchase the one vehicle and there was absolutely zero "sales" pressure from Frank. We had a trade in and Frank did everything he could to get the best trade value for us - including a discussion with the trade manager. Paper work was smooth - we were offered both food and beverages during our 4 hour process. we will send friends and family to Frank and Car Vision and we will also return for our next trade. More

First id like to say that going into this dealer is very hard unnoticed. Some one always greets you with a very friendly smile on their face. I researched the truck I wanted and saw that Car Vision has thi hard unnoticed. Some one always greets you with a very friendly smile on their face. I researched the truck I wanted and saw that Car Vision has this specific truck. SO the three hour trip started and I was not disappointed in the service provided. Since I live in New York however, you need to make sure your paper work is completed fully as the laws in NY and PA are slightly different but everything was sorted out in a quick and fashionable manor. The truck was registered at the second attempt to the DMV (NY DMVs are not the greatest as well...) and i have no problems with the truck. Service was great and Mohamed is a great salesperson with what seems to me at least a few years of experience! He is a great person in general and that is what I like to see in someone that is selling me a car. Keep up the good work, I will recommend my family and friends from all around! More

I would highly reccomend purchasing a vehicle from CarVision. I had a great, easy, quick experience there, and I owe majority of it to Frank who was my sales rep. and also the rest of the finance team CarVision. When I called from a distance away about a specific vehicle I seen online, Frank went out of his way to double check on it for me to make sure it was still available. I even asked him to check for any scratches, or imperfections on the vehicle that would stick out before I made the trip down. And he was very upfront with me and told me in detail about a few minor flaws as far as small scratches that ended up coming out anyway from there detail shop. Which for me as a customer was very important that I could trust him enough to make the trip and not expect any surprises. The car has been nothing but great, I love it and would reccomend any of my friends and family to Frank and Carvision! More
