I came to the lot twice and no one spoke to me. This allowed me to explore all the cars on the lot (as they were all open and running as it was a VERY cold day). On the third visit I met with Matt and took the Mini out for a test drive. He showed me around the car and knew many of the facts about the vehicle (had clearly done his research on it). The negotiations for the price of my trade in were protracted but eventually satisfactory. Once the sale was agreed the closing process was very simple. One suggestions is that I found out (after the purchase) that Matt had emailed me a couple of times during the sale, however, these went to my junk folder. I hadn't been expecting emails from him, so I hadn't checked previously. It may be worth pointing out that email may be sent so that people can keep an eye on this. I was impressed with the easy going attitude. I was making a purchase from out of state, so I had a friend that lived in the area do the test drive.
