We didn't have any real intention of actually making a purchase at CarVision the night we visited - this was supposed to be a reconnaissance mission. I had done some pretty extensive research online to a purchase at CarVision the night we visited - this was supposed to be a reconnaissance mission. I had done some pretty extensive research online to get familiar with pricing, options, dealers, etc., & we knew what we wanted - with 3 little ones, we'll probably need a minivan for years to come. I called & spoke with David, who was very accomodating & stated that he would have the 3 vans we were looking at online ready to try out upon our arrival. Sure enough, they were. We looked over a couple, but decided that none of them were "it". David was very patient, showing & discussing with us a few more that he had on the lot. We ended test driving 3 or so, & there was absolutely no pressure to buy - simply "how do you like it/them"? My wife & I (& the kids, of course) discussed our options, & my wife was ready to go home & look further in the coming days. She did like the one we ended up purchasing, but I had to talk her into it (Not David, he was ready to answer any question, but not in a pushy, "used-car salesman" way - simply giving us information & being there to bounce ideas off of. With the combination of David's personality & approach, & the fact that I liked one van in particular, I felt, & convinced my wife that we should go ahead instead of wasting time driving all over the place, given the fact that my current vehicle could blow its transmission at any moment. So hats off to David, who was knowledgeable, unobtrusive, friendly, & very willing to work with us (we needed a few missing items after the fact, & again, David took good care of us. Then we had to deal with service, as an interior light was blown & the 2nd van key was nowhere to be found. David ordered the key & insisted that we make an appointment to come in for the key programming & light replacement at the same time (rather than me changing the light myself - he said the vehicle should work right out-of-the-box, which impressed me, especially for a light bulb. After the key arrived, we made a service appointment, speaking with Jimmy, who was also very accommodating & informative, & we got things set up for the work. When we arrived, I met Jimmy, who looked things over, got things moving & was good with my kids & friendly with me (we tend to think of those in auto service as kind of serious guys who do their job, but not with much light-heartedness or brevity, & this wasn't the case here - great guy to work with). There were problems with the light - the console was bad & had to be ordered, & the key had to be programmed at a Chrysler dealer, & at this point, I was working with Marty, who, again, was knowledgeable & friendly. I don't remember who actually said it, but they all told me to have the key programmed & CarVision would foot the bill - something I didn't really expect, as it was a used vehicle & after all, not perfect. So, true to their word, Marty ordered the console, I got the key programmed, & brought the van in again for the console replacement. They cut me a check for the key, fixed the console in about 1/2 hour, glued down some loose rubber, & we were good to go - very happy up to this point. I mentioned that I needed to get a remote for the DVD, & Jimmy suggested that I forward him any info I found & he would see if he could locate one. Now I REALLY didn't expect this & was prepared to buy one off the web, but I did send him a link to one place that had a remote for my vehicle. He got back to me, said he ran it by management, & they were going to get it for me at no cost - I was very surprised to say the least. To conclude, the 3 guys that worked with me were all top-notch, & a credit to CarVision. Unfortunately (hopefully) I won't need a new vehicle for a few years, but I will say that I will certainly recommend CarVision to any of my family, friends or acquaintances who are looking for a vehicle, & I will certainly look there first when my time to buy is here again! A really pleasant & satisfying experience! More
My husband and I found Erik to be friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to test drive the car on my own! My visit at CarVision was amazing. My salesman; Mohamed Ali was exceptional. He was very, very friendly and without asking, he brought us beverages and pizza. I don't know how else to say this. He was the best salesman I have ever come across. Mohamed gave us a great description of each car and even made sure to include parts of the car that were damaged so that we were aware. We came across a Mitsubishi Lancer and an Acura Rsx and purchased both of them all because of Mohamed's great salesman services. He gave us excellent choices of cars that matched our exact descriptions of vehicles that we wanted to purchase. Mohamed Ali was a fantastic salesman and I would definitely recommend friends and family to visit CarVision and have Mohamed as their salesman. More
The staffs at Car Vision made me feel confortable from the moment I step on the lot. In addition she made my car buying experience very memorable. Because of her I will recommend CarVision to my family and friends. The Dealership itself is great, I like the high quality inventory it has and the fact that all the vehicles have carfax information on them, which was very helpful. The Carvision website was extremely user friendly and very well organized. I also liked the fact if you needed assistance online it provided you with the option to communicate with a representative.
