Matt made my car-buying experience stress-free and super fast. I'd scheduled my test drive at 2:00 and was out of the dealership with my new 2008 lexus es 350 at 4:00. I didn't even have to negotiate prices because they had the best price out of any other dealership in PA and NJ for this model, year, and color. My credit was awful since I'm a recent grad and finally found a great job that I started 3 months ago. But the finance department was still able to find a bank to give me a loan. The guy in the finance department was a sweetheart as well. I was given a free wawa gift card for agreeing to take a picture for their social network site and also given lindor truffle chocolates as a parting gift! Just all-over, really sweet, funny, and fun guys that work there. If you're looking for a fast, friendly, and stress-free car buying experience, I highly recommend you go to Car Vision! More

Pleasant experience from computer chat to purchase We had been looking for cars online and found a Hyundai Azera listed at Car Vision. Couldn't find the dealership's hours so we chose to use the online We had been looking for cars online and found a Hyundai Azera listed at Car Vision. Couldn't find the dealership's hours so we chose to use the online chat. It was quick and easy. The call back from the dealer was within 10 minutes. Spoke with Contrell Jones, he was pleasant and said he would wait for us even though it might mean he had to stay late. He was ready to help us, allowed us to take the car for a test drive, helped negotiate the price since the one online was less than the ticket price. He addressed all of our questions and concerns with his boss, and made us feel comfortable as we completed the paperwork. His introduction to the financial gentleman went smooth and he was there to hand us our key with a "Congratulations". Although we had a few concerns, only one key for the car, a very quick and sloppy removal of window guards, and a need to call and set an appointment for the chips on the windshield, it was an overall...great experience! Amazing car dealership I do not even know where to start. From the moment i did a search online and found the CarVision dealership i was impressed but i had to go and see fo I do not even know where to start. From the moment i did a search online and found the CarVision dealership i was impressed but i had to go and see for myself it the car and the deals that i had seen online was actually there or was that just a ploy to pull people in. Well i was pleasantly suprised that they did have the vehicles at the dealearship that i had seen online and was interested in and the deals were as they stated online. I mean i am still excited because i got an amazing car that i did not just get but that i actually love. From the moment i walked on the lot Sales Consultant Keith Penny was right there to assist me and not only walk me through each step of the process from showing me each car i liked, taking me test drives with every car that i liked and explained all the little gadgets in each of the cars and if i had a question he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my question. Thanks Keith!!! The CarVision team as a whole is awesome. The managers and Rodger Blanchard the business manager who took me through the last steps of financing. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I have already told my family and friends about it. You cannot change a first impression and CarVision surely knows how to impress!! The problems began when we attempted to establish the value of our trade. The sales manager approached us menacingly, waiving papers, allegedly disclosing in a loud voice that our trade was a total loss with frame damage. We have owned the truck for four years, put over 75,000 miles on it, purchased it from a private party, and this was news to us. We have the title and it is not stamped “Rebuilt”, as is the custom in PA with a previously totaled vehicle. When I finally got him to tell me what the trade was worth, he said $500.00. At that point I advised him we could not afford to purchase the Cadillac with that little trade and asked for my keys so we could leave. He continued berating us, with the sales staff standing around, as if we had done something wrong. I was getting fearful for our safety and continued to ask for my keys so we could leave. A bully like that should not be in a customer facing position. A sales rep brought my keys after repeated requests and we left. I think he photoshopped the car fax. More
