Ken was a hoot. My husband, my baby and I were there for a few hours when buying our car. Ken entertained us with interesting stories. At one point he opened up is desk drawer and pulled out a pound cake a a few hours when buying our car. Ken entertained us with interesting stories. Car Vision gave us a great deal on our trade in. Before leaving we had one of the guys install our infant car seat base using the tether strap. We learned that ours was installed incorrectly in our car for the last 4 months. I would say we had a super experience at Car Vision! More

Not being in the market for a used car in over 25 years, I was nervous about the whole process. I shopped many used car dealers before Car Vision and was disappointed in the quality of what was available t I was nervous about the whole process. I shopped many used car dealers before Car Vision and was disappointed in the quality of what was available to meet my budget. Then came Car Vision and "Doc" the sales associate. I had nothing short of an excellent experience with both Car Vision and "Doc". Doc even saved me time by thoroughly looking over the car I was interested in prior to me showing up on the lot. He was honest and told me every little detail as to any visible scratches, etc with the car. When I arrived to see the car, there were no surprises. The car was definately in the great shape that Doc said it was. I cannot tell you how many used car dealers I have been to that show their cars really nice on the internet only to show up and find scratched Alloys, paint and dents all over. Not at Car Vision. I did have one minor mechanical issue that would not have been noticed during a test drive but only after a longer ride. I called Doc right away and he guaranteed me that the issue would be fixed to my satisfaction. Thank you for the great experience!! DeanS More

Matt was AMAZING! I appreciated the prompt responses and that he got me in the car of my dreams with NO PROBLEM!!! I don't have the best credit but he got me an awesome deal anyway. Aside from being polite that he got me in the car of my dreams with NO PROBLEM!!! I don't have the best credit but he got me an awesome deal anyway. Aside from being polite and friendly, I absolutely loved that he was able to work a deal so quick AND stay within my budget. Another thing that stood out was Matt's interpersonal skills. He's a cool dude and I would positively recommend Matt and Car Vision to my friends! P.S. Kevin was awesome too! And did I mention the General Manager gave me a bag of Lindt chocolates (my fav) and took a picture of me and Matt with my new car?! That was really cool!!! The associates (Ken, Tom, Kevin, and Jimmy) at Carvison did an awesome job in assisting me with my car purchase. When my car was not running properly after I purchase it, the Service writer, Jimmy, made su did an awesome job in assisting me with my car purchase. The associates at Carvison have great customer service skills and are very enthusiatic about addressing the customer's questions and/or concerns. I would high recommend carvision to those that are looking to purchase a car or need automotive repairs. More
