My husband and I traveled 95 miles each way to purchase a vehicle listed on autotrader. We were assured that there were no problems with the vehicle, however, we quickly found 2 on the same day of purchase. vehicle listed on autotrader. Again we were assured these problems would be taken care of right away. 2 weeks later we still have the same problem and have made 2 additional trips to the dealer to have them rectified. Most recently the service department ordered the wrong part and due to their mistake expect us to make an additional 1 hr 45 min each way trip for them to correct this problem once the proper part is received. At no point has the service department been apologetic or sympathetic towards the inconvenience of their multiple mistakes. More

Jovan was awesome! I just purchased a used Ford Escape from Car Vision. Even though the SUV was seven years old, the car was in excellent condition, like new, as advertised. The SUV that I found on their website was the one I bought. No tough sell, they didn't try to put me into something I didn't want. The price was also the price. The financing was also great. My payment is much less than I expected even with the warranty I purchased. I hate shopping for cars. Car vision made this experience a good one. I would recommend Car Vision to anyone. He was in no way pushy or over eager. He did not oversell the car. He allowed us to ask many questions, and was pretty straight forward regarding our trade-in. The process was the most pleasant buying experience to date. We left satisfied that we purchased what we wanted without having add-ons we didn't want or need. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend them, and will look there first upon our next car purchase. More
