One other thing that's important in this process and that we're very grateful for is the fact that he's also very responsive in terms of replying emails and (many) phone calls. After all when you're trying to purchase a car you just have so many questions and you want to get the information as quickly as possible and Jon was great communicator. He was such a great help to us in this purchase.I would definitely recommend this dealership and of course Jon, the salesperson. More

Where to start...I was looking for a good, reliable used vehicle to use as an A to B in order to keep my Mustang GT out of the winter weather. Like many of us, I started my search on Auto trader, and was r vehicle to use as an A to B in order to keep my Mustang GT out of the winter weather. Like many of us, I started my search on Auto trader, and was referred to several reputable dealerships with vehicles in the range of what I was looking for. Once I decided on a couple of brands, it all came down to trying to get the most out of what I was willing to spend. I kept coming back to a few different cars offered by car Vision; good selection of Carfax verified one-owners in nice condition and priced reasonably relative to the local market. I finally zeroed in on three different vehicles at different dealerships ( a Honda Civic at Car Vision and two Toyotas elsewhere). This was on a Saturday morning. I shot e-mails to all three places, and Frank, my eventual sales rep at Car Vision, was the only reply I got that day. As I was looking to make a move quickly, discussions between Frank and I became more serious concerning the Honda I was interested in. We e-mailed and spoke on the phone several times that day (again, a Saturday). By the time the other two dealerships had returned my messages the following Monday, I had a test drive set up with Frank. It was easy for me to put the other guys on the back-burner for two reasons. First: Urgency of Customer service. In this case, Frank got back to me quickly. The other guys didn't. I don't know about you, but when I'm spending thousands of dollars, I like to feel as though I'm somewhat important. Second: Frank was easy to deal with; an up-front guy that knows his business. I felt comfortable talking to him. No high-pressure tactics or salesman double-speak that we've all experienced. Due to the two reasons listed above, I decided to give Car Vision the first crack at my business. When I arrived for my test drive, Frank hopped right up to greet me (the car was pulled out front and cleaned up). He let me take my time looking the vehicle over without hovering over my shoulder. He let me know what he thought about the car, but essentially let me make my own decision without pressuring me. The car was as described, no surprises, no inaccurate info, so we sealed the deal. Moral of the story: The early bird gets the worm. If any of the other two dealerships I contacted that Saturday had been as Johnny-on-the-spot as Car Vision, I might have bought a vehicle somewhere else. Thanks to Frank for the excellent purchasing experience and to Car Vision for the solid deal on a clean used car that I hope to drive for years to come. More
