Infiniti 2012 G25 Bryan was very attentive to my questions from my first email through to the day of purchase. I was disappointed to find the car was missing the auto manual in the glove box, and came with only one key. I also discovered the USB was not working at time of purchase. I called Bryan about the problem and he quickly informed me his service department would handle it. I would highly recommend car vision and will be back in 6 months to upgrade our warranty. Contrell was more than happy to shuffle crazy amounts of cars so that I could test drive the trucks that I wanted that were buried behind other rows of cars. Although it is a no haggle lot, I was able to get them to agree to a couple of requests that really made the deal work for me. The delivered on the requests, as promised the very next day. I would recommend CarVision to others that are concerned with having an easy buying experience. While I don't think the prices are the absolute lowest they could be, the pricing is reasonable and they have a huge inventory to select from. More

I was interested in a manual transmission, but did not know how to drive one. He took some time to teach me how to drive it in a small empty parking lot nearby. If there is one thing I remember about him it's that he really likes smiling and shaking hands. I ended up buying the car and was very pleasantly surprised with the condition it was in. My mechanic said it only needed a new air filter and everything else was looking great. The car drives great and I'm expecting to be using it for a long time. I worked with Joel on the financing. I asked a ton of questions about the purchase order and deal I was agreeing to and he was very helpful in answering them all. No complaints here. The only thing I didn't like was the insurance deal they tried to offer me. It was a terrible deal disguised by math. The impression I got was that it was intended to exploit individuals who weren't good with numbers. Fortunately, I was a math major in college. I should note, the insurance deal was not offered by Car Vision so this isn't a complaint against them at all really. More
