Overall, I found the one-price, no-haggle business mode My name is Evan Williams, and I recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Charger SXT from CarVision. Overall, I found the one-price, no-haggle business model to be, in a word, refreshing. As a 25 year old, this is my second independent car purchase and was far less stressful than my previous experience of having to play the tired game of negotiating down from an artificially inflated price. CarVision's prices were very reasonable based on comparison with KBB, Edmunds, and NADA. Top marks there, and for that reason alone, I would gladly revisit Carvision for future purchases. I was helped by Sales Associate Michael Smith, who showed me two Mustangs and the Charger I finally decided on. Through the entire process, he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I never felt pressured during any point in my visit, and the entire experience was in no way overly "salesy". Mike had a very good vibe, very patient, approachable, and conversational while still being professional. On the Finance side of things, I worked with a man named Tom, whose last name I am assuming here to be Snader, based on the available selections below. He was helpful in showing me different options I could take in placing a down payment and the resulting affect on my monthly obligations, which was great for allowing me to set a course for staying on budget. He was also very patient with me and my questions on GAP insurance, warranty coverage, etc.. I very much enjoyed my experience with Carvision and look forward to continuing doing business while bringing my new vehicle in for service. P.S. Love the new car, looks and runs great so far! Fantastic I am so thankful that I finally met a group of people that weren't the typical "used car" salesman. They were friendly had my interest in mind and mad I am so thankful that I finally met a group of people that weren't the typical "used car" salesman. They were friendly had my interest in mind and made my experience great. Michael and I talked about his new child and dog and he showed interest in my niece and new pup. Having people skills and showing personal interest is important in business and Michael showed that. It was his fourth day on the job when we met, but he showed the poise and professionalism of a veteran. Tom was also great and helped make my banking experience swift and easy to follow. Overall both very nice people. I've already reccomened car vision to many people and some have already shown interest in purchasing their next car through your dealer. More
