We had some significant repairs to make after purchase that set us back a few thousand dollars beyond the purchase price. However, we were pleasantly surprised that the manager, Brad, got in touch with us a couple of months later to try to address our concerns about the vehicle we purchased. He was able to reimburse part of the repair cost since the problem had occurred so soon after purchase. While I wish the gesture had been made sooner, I do believe that Car Vision and its employees care about the quality of their vehicles and work hard to provide customers with a good value. More

Friendly, good prices, but dishonest and disorganized! We have had quite the ongoing experience with Car Vision. The salesman was great, the people friendly. They were also disorganized, lacked in proper communication with us AND within their dealership, promised us certain things to be done that never were, and I believe are very misleading in their with their promise of taking each car through a "meticulous 118-point inspection process." They might INSPECT the car but not do any of the work it needs. We recently bought a van and took it to our mechanic. It was discovered that the vehicle was lacking is some very basic care (extremely low and even empty on some of the major fluids needed.) Also, the regular maintenance work needed for the mileage of the vehicle was not even performed and it is costing us another $1500 to have this work done (new timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, all fluids, power steering bushing, tune-up and weatherizing.) It drove great at the dealership and their promise of a meticulous inspection made us confident in buying the van. There were A LOT of underlying problems that could have EASILY been taken care of at the dealership. There was mix up with paperwork and a host of other mix-ups on their part that caused us a major delay. With all that being said, the salesperson was very nice, no pressure, and we got a nice vehicle that just needs some work done to it. But the process was brutal. More
I have bought two cars through CarVision I bought my last car through Car Vision and liked the no-haggle policy as i have had very bad experiences with sheisty car dealerships in the past. I just bought my second car with them a couple of weeks ago. I initially went in to see one car but it was not ready to be test-driven (it was still being serviced) so my sales rep (David Cha) was very helpful and found me another car that I liked even better that was in my price range. He let me look up various review and ratings sites so I could compare the type of car I was looking at vs the other one I had wanted to look at til I was satisfied on the type of car I was dealing with. Then the day after I bought this car I noticed a noise that I had not heard when I test drove it so I called CarVision to see if they would look at the car and if it had a problem to take care of it for free since the car was supposed to have no issues when I bought it. They had me bring in the car and replaced the rotors and breaks pads (as well as a short in the defroster) all for free and did it in a timely manner. I really like my car and recommend Car Vision. More

Excellent Experience Dave Cha came highly recommended by my son, Mike VenDouern and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism. Matter Resolved !!!!! Thank you I purchased a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander GT from Car Vision of Norristown Pa , on 12/26/2014, there were a few negotiated issues with the vehicle whil I purchased a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander GT from Car Vision of Norristown Pa , on 12/26/2014, there were a few negotiated issues with the vehicle while there and I was given a "We Owe You" sheet, and was told that matters will be resolved within 30 days. So on or around 1/10/2015 after confirming appointment I returned the vehicle to Car Vision; items to be repaired were, installation of 6 disc player (feature advertised as present in vehicle), alignment of headlights, "Check Engine Light", various dents repaired; the only matter resolved was the check engine light appeared to be resolved, and to be fair the service manager stated he would pay for the installation of the Disc player (ordered from Ebay) but upon further investigation the entire navigation system would have to be replaced with a system that was 6 disc compatible ( I have many other things to do so to pursue further was not worth it). The headlight situation was more troubling to me; one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle was for the Xenon lights. When I picked up the vehicle 1/17/2015 I was told the bulb was replaced in the headlight. While driving at night realized the light was still skewed, the following mornings I noticed moisture in the headlight, after having a friend take a look at the vehicle he pointed out the uneven hood, the improper mounting of the headlight in addition to the pulling to the right as the vehicle is driven that I had mentioned, and his conclusion was that the vehicle was involved in an accident and was out of alignment as a result. And the question of accidents is one I ask each time I purchase a vehicle , I was assured the vehicle had not been in an accident, by the salesman. I made initial contact with Brad Marks and Thomas Snader earlier this week, and have yet heard from them regarding a solution. Since the writing of this review I was contacted by Brad Marks, manager of the dealership, he arranged to have the vehicle picked up the following week,, leaving a loner vehicle. They worked on the vehicle for approximately 8 days, and kept me updated with their progress, on the 8th day the car was returned to me with all of the issues pretty much resolved, I truly appreciate the attention given to this matter and the quick response, I would like to thank them all for the great work. More
