Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

118 Point Inspection...don't count on it. Bought a 2005 Ford Explorer with 69K in September of 2013. Disaster ever since. Same day we drove it off the lot, some hose burst spraying antifreez Bought a 2005 Ford Explorer with 69K in September of 2013. Disaster ever since. Same day we drove it off the lot, some hose burst spraying antifreeze all over the inside of the engine. They towed and repaired it but never cleaned out the engine compartment. Smells like burnt maple syrup. Right rear 1/4 panel started to rust through within the first year. Put 30k miles on it, 6 new tires. The cause, apparently it was in a major accident. The alignment will never be true. The restoration work was shoddy. Car runs loud. Was told at the time of purchase that that was because of the aggressive tread on the tires - it's supposed to sound like that. Never owned a large SUV so I took their word for it. Found out today its because all 4 wheel bearings are shot and, more than likely, needed to be replaced long ago. Yes it's a used car. Yes I declined to purchase a warranty. HOWEVER, I was told, and their website touts, there is a 118 point inspection you can rely on. Any mechanic, but not necessarily a lay person like myself, should have known this car was no good. This is my story. I post it because their "inspection" should not be trusted. More

Outside of that no issues - salesman (Bosa) was nice, car was as described, I think I ended up paying about $160 more than the Internet price on prep fees, etc. I still have to get my Delaware tag. Nice friendly experience - no drama. I recently went to CarVision in Norristown, PA - my wife had found a car online. When I arrived I showed Contrell a picture of the car on my phone. Within five minutes he brought the car around and did a great job showing the features and answering questions it. The purchase was very easy thanks to the help of John Sacor and Matt Reiser who figured out and explained a good payment plan that included a nice three year warranty. Contrell went the extra mile by having a cigar odor removed as well as taking care of a few smudges on the body of the car. No drama - no trauma - a very nice and friendly experience! More

Pleasant, Stress-Free Experience This was the most stress-free used car purchase I have made in 30 years.
