not sure how this dealership gets great reviews. have to wonder if they are fake. bought a car there February 2024. after receiving several texts and emails from a person i was working with that did have to wonder if they are fake. bought a car there February 2024. after receiving several texts and emails from a person i was working with that didn't even work at the place i purchased the car. got there at 3pm on a Saturday on a cold winterly day. was given a fairly new sales rep who didn't seem to know what's was going on. the car was dirty when it was shown to me which is understandable due to the previous snow. they actually didn't wash it until after i bought it and by that time it was dark out. first they lied to me about my trade in stating the rear main seal was bad. i found out it was really just the oil pressure regulator. so anyway, they gave me less thaen expected but really i wanted the car gone so no big deal. after 2 weeks of owning the new car i took it to be detailed. thats where the issues begin. first, they show me how all 4 wheels are scratched or chipped. then they show me how there is paint overspray and pain bubbles all over the left side by driver's door and left front quarter panel. things they would and should have known about prior to sale. especially since they had it for almost 4 months on their lot and we all know dealers usually inspect a car they purchase either thru trade or auction. because they vehicle was being sold at market price that damage should have been disclosed to the purchaser i would imagine or they should have fixed it prior to selling at market price. then to top it all off they closed at 5pm but we were still going thru the loan process and paperwork needed to be signed which the rushed me through and shame on me i ended up buying a junk warranty and then the snuck in gap insurance. i was lied to. damage wasnt disclosed, and they really take advantage of customers and rip them off. as a customer of this dealership i can't believe all the positive reviews. i sent them a letter with pics of the car with no response. don't buy from them unless you want to be ripped off. Scammers! Please don't buy a car from this dealership. The 2018 Infiniti QX60 Luxe was posted on Edmunds for $16,999. I called the dealership and they informed Please don't buy a car from this dealership. The 2018 Infiniti QX60 Luxe was posted on Edmunds for $16,999. I called the dealership and they informed me that the car is available, so I scheduled a 5 p.m. appointment. I received a text from a guy named Luis who gave me directions and assured me that someone would help when I arrived at 5 p.m. One of the agents there looked at the car when I arrived and informed me that it was $21,999. They also showed me the pricing on their website. I texted Luis, who confirmed the same, saying he saw the price displayed as $16,999. I returned and requested to talk with the manager, but he arrived after 15 minutes and stated that he does not understand how the price of $16,999 was displayed on Edmunds. They wasted my time; I drove over two hours to look at the vehicle. More
