Sells Recked Damaged Cars I purchased an SUV from VarVision, not to mention that process had hike up the interest rate. They pretend to be on the computer finding lowest rate when indeed there looking for the best rate to give them the biggest kick back. I delt with the interest hike because I really wanted the SUV. So I purchased the SUV and 6 days later the service engine light came on. Went out of my way to bring vehicle in and was told something concerning the cooling system. They fixed it. The next morning the Service Engine light came on again, I went out of my way once again to bring the car in and was to the TRANSMISSION was dead and that it had to be replaced. I wanted to give the car back and have no further dealings with those crooks. They told me they could only switch the SUV out for something else out on their lot. Not realizing that I had already called the loan provider "the bank" and let them know that I had been sold a lemon. They immediately made a stop payment on the dealership " CarVision" check and told me to return the SUV right away. When I returned the owner told me that I could not return the SUV because they were going to fix the TRANSMISSION and became quit rude and aggressively overbearing. Not until I informed him that I had already spoken with the bank, did the owner release me from the deal and handed me the keys to my trade in. Worst car buying experience for sure... More

I made an appointment online and was contacted later in the day to schedule a test drive. My sales rep was Bryan Austin who was friendly and knowledgeable. At first I wasn't sure about purchasing the vehicle. I wanted to shop around, etc. Then I was introduced to Estelle Hinkle, who asked what she could do to make a sale today. I wanted a vehicle with more options and the price was a little high. I was shown what I thought was the same vehicle with more options but it was advertised incorrectly. I made this known to the staff and Estelle immediately rectified the situation! In the end I am happy with the vehicle purchased (2012 NIssan Murano)! More

Great Dealership! I had done my research, and found the car I was interested in. Called and made an appointment to see the vehicle, and came in the next day. Kevin Wr I had done my research, and found the car I was interested in. Called and made an appointment to see the vehicle, and came in the next day. Kevin Wright met with me, went over the questions I had, and brought the car around for me to test drive. It was exactly as described in the ad. After driving the car, we sat down and talked the numbers, it looked good, so I bought it. Came the next day to pick it up. It took a bit longer than I had expected, but that was my fault--I had not had a chance to contact my insurance company to add the car to my policy that day, but they waited patiently for me while I set everything up. Everything after that went smoothly, and I am a very happy camper. More

When the extras were offered and declined by us, both Rob and John honored our decision and did not push further, making the overall buying experience as enjoyable as it could be.
