The car I was planning to get was sold the day before but the Car Vision internet crew ensured I was informed..I was disappointed but still decided to test drive other cars...I actually found a GREAT maxima. I noticed something that was pleasantly strange during the initial tour of the vehicle...Lani explained to me the details of the car but that was it...she didn't waste time trying to convince me that "the car was a good look for me"..or another line like "yep that's you right there...all you"......I've been searching for a car for about a week and that's what every other sales rep kept saying to me...The Car Vision rep is not there to sell you a car, they are there to assist you with the purchase of a vehicle...the vehicle sells itself..trust me...take my advice..please stop by, you won't be disappointed...all the staff are very helpful and Lani was very pleasant to work with...if you wana see her smile ask about the rusty screw. driver..lol.. Lied about warranty, tricked on purchase Sad to say as thrilled as we were to find our BMW at this dealer and had a very nice sales associate we were blatantly lied to about a warranty packag Sad to say as thrilled as we were to find our BMW at this dealer and had a very nice sales associate we were blatantly lied to about a warranty package. The dealership took advantage of our situation and rushed us through the paper work telling us about a great deal they would give us on a ten year warranty etc., later we find out the paperwork had lots of fine print, various charges for service under warranty, $100 deductible, and actually only 60 months. We were shocked and very disappointed. When we called they avoided our phone calls and showed very little concern over such deceit. I would warn any customers shopping here, as you may find your favorite car and even a good deal, watch out--- this is not an honest dealership!! More
