I went into the dealership nervous and somewhat timid as we all know how stressful the car buying process can be, especially for used vehicles. Keith was engaging, attentive, honest and straight forward; all of the qualities I would not expect in a car dealer. He was accommodating and made sure that I fulfilled my dream to drive off the lot in my new car with the best deal possible-that same day. It was one of the fastest transactions I have had in my car buying experience and also one of the most pleasant. Customer service is everything and truthfully, one of the deciding factors in me purchasing my BMW from CarVision vs. the BMW dealer (besides the price) was the inviting nature of the dealer. From the time I sat down with Keith, to the time I shook the hand of the finance associate, the process was streamlined. I would recommend giving this place a chance if ever you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. I hope and believe that my relationship with CarVision will only go uphill from here. More

Unhappy Purchased a used vehicle in June 2017. It has already been back 2x's for repairs check engine light on so in January service dept had my car for a wee Purchased a used vehicle in June 2017. Got car back drove it for less then 2 weeks check engine light back on again. Back to the dealership it goes for second time for over a week again. Got car back on February 8th and on February 14th check engine light back on for the third time. I have never purchased a vehicle that within 7 months that has caused so much stress More
