Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

Terrible salesperson, multiple vehicle issues after sale Keith Penny was helping us and 2 other families at once. He didn't give us a chance to look at other vehicles. We liked the vehicle from what we saw Keith Penny was helping us and 2 other families at once. He didn't give us a chance to look at other vehicles. We liked the vehicle from what we saw of it, so it wasn't bad there. But we asked for another salesperson and they wouldn't coordinate that. The payment was much higher than we expected. The next day the brakes started grinding, and service said they inspected the vehicle prior to selling it. I commend Forester in Service. He's a good guy. Already saw him twice, and we've had the vehicle two weeks. The fuel guage sticks sometimes, but not too often. It's strange they didn't do sufficient testing and completely missed the vehicle brakes in the process. Other employees were complaining that Keith steals customers. I can't speak to that, but it doesn't make for a positive environment. And the wait time to sign papers with finance was way too long, although they were friendly. More
