Was looking for a Mitsubishi Outlander for a good price. Set up an appointment with Emily Scott to see a used Outlander Sport. She was very nice on the phone and set everything up for 7pm. My wife and I were greeted by Marius Catanici, who showed us the car from the internet and went over all the features with us and answered any questions we had in detail and with a smile. This led to a test drive. I liked the car and the price was great, but I wanted more bells and whistles, especially AWD. Marious was right on top of that and showed us the larger and automatic Outlander which was more money but had the color and features I was looking for. He was always friendly and understanding of our needs. We wound up buying just what I wanted, and for not very much more for this upgrade to a larger 2018 model year car! We are very pleased with Marius Catanici and the fast service getting all the paper work and approvals done with the help of Joe Pantalone the sales manager. I was upset that I couldn't get approved for the truck I wanted and started to leave, no one car My representative was absolutely polite and friendly. My representative had me come back in, walked around and looked over other trucks with me and finally I found my GMC. It's not my Denali XL I'm used to but it's good. He helped me with another truck very similar (smaller version) to the one I went there for so I left happy. More
