Car Vision is proud to be independently owned & operated by the Husband & Wife team, Cafiero. Car Vision started small with about 20 cars on the lot, and since day one, we have been working with a passion to innovate and offer the best quality vehicles at the best possible price by moving any inventory older than 30 days. Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. Each car that goes out our doors, goes with a customer whose name we’ll remember because we didn’t sell them a car, we created a friendship with that person.

The overall experience was great and even thought there was a mistake made in the car we purchase , the whole team from Glen Sander to the young ladies (Denise) in finance and foster in service made sure all our concern and question was addressed. Glen and foster worked with me to make sure the Mercedes i purchased was cleaned and even work with me on getting the scratches and dings out of the rims. My wife and i was very pleased and delighted with the dealership and our purchase. More

Not go Good experience with the Service & Customer Handling This center took more than 15 days for a minor fix (not yet fixed, have to revisit), i have to followup for entire week to get the appointment. if you This center took more than 15 days for a minor fix (not yet fixed, have to revisit), i have to followup for entire week to get the appointment. if you buying a used car at Car Vision and found any issue fix everything before paying or before taking the Car home. when car is been sold, then its very difficult to get the problem fixed with them. Excellent Customer Service I had such a wonderful experience at Carvision Mitsubishi. I was greeted by sales associate, Donovan, before my husband and I even entered the buildin I had such a wonderful experience at Carvision Mitsubishi. I was greeted by sales associate, Donovan, before my husband and I even entered the building. He was so patient and helpful through the entire process; wonderful personality; and any questions we had he made sure were answered. Also, we had to bring our 3 1/2 year old daughter with us, he happily assisted in keeping her entertained while we ran through the paperwork. I must also mention that I love Donovan’s custom converse shoes. They added a little flare to his look, and as a woman who walked in wearing converses myself, I could only think, “Great minds think alike”. Needless to say, I happily left that night with a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. So happy I gave them an opportunity, and many thanks to Donovan for all of his help. More
