Today, our inventory grew, but our customer service standards remain that of a smaller, husband-and-wife dealership. We have reviewed your concerns regarding the 2018 Tesla Model X you purchased from CarVision. While we understand your frustration, we must address several important points regarding this matter. First and foremost, we cannot overlook the fact that one of our employees was physically assaulted during your visit to our facility. This behavior is completely unacceptable and inexcusable, regardless of any disagreement about vehicle services. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violence against our staff members. Our records show that we made multiple attempts to address your concerns during the warranty period, including providing service appointments and a loaner vehicle. CarVision does not have access to Tesla's diagnostic. Our diagnostic assessment after 6,000 miles of driving identified that the noise in your vehicle was unrelated to any previous repairs we had performed. This is a critical distinction that affects warranty coverage and responsibility. Regarding your statement that we "never fixed" the repair issue, this is a generic claim that does not accurately reflect our documented service efforts. Any subsequent repairs performed on your vehicle after our warranty period expired were conducted independently by Tesla, and CarVision bears no responsibility for those services or their associated costs. We have always acted in good faith with the goal of client satisfaction.
