CarVision of Trooper is hands down one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever dealt with. They false advertised a Ford F-150 as available. I called ahead and specifically asked if the truck was still for sale. I was explicitly assured that it was available and that I should come in. Based on that confirmation, I drove TWO HOURS to get there. While I was already on the road, they called me and said “we forgot to tell you someone put a deposit down.” That’s not a small oversight — that’s complete incompetence and disrespect for a customer’s time. Customer service was terrible from start to finish. No accountability. No real apology. Just excuses. If a vehicle has a deposit on it, it should not be advertised as available, and customers should not be encouraged to drive hours under false pretenses. This dealership clearly does not communicate internally, does not value customers’ time, and cannot be trusted to give accurate information. If this is how they handle something as basic as availability, I can only imagine how bad the experience would be once paperwork and money are involved. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. More

Eric is trying to tell me I’m wasting my time test driving a car if I’m not going to buy. I purchased a 2018 Tesla Model X from Miles Martin at CarVision and I was hopeful I had found a dealer I could trust for future purchases. Early in ownership the vehicle had a grinding noise when braking CarVision and I was hopeful I had found a dealer I could trust for future purchases. Early in ownership the vehicle had a grinding noise when braking and a throbbing vibration during acceleration. Keith Penny stepped in at one point and I appreciated his help, which made me believe CarVision would stand behind its cars. After that I was directed to the Trooper service center for inspection stickers and to have the noises checked. At the first visit I was told the issues were fixed, but the noises persisted. The vehicle was held at the shop for about a week and I was left without reliable transportation. When a loaner was provided it was a Toyota Prius, which is not comparable to what I drive. When I picked the car up the noise still had not been resolved. When I asked for the manager I was told to speak with Martin Kompas. Mr. Kompas directed me to Al Jordan. When I asked to speak with Al Jordan he told me there was no one else I could speak to. I was effectively left without a solution and without accountability. Because CarVision would not complete the repair I ultimately took the vehicle to Tesla. Tesla confirmed the grinding noise was never fixed by the dealership and that a Tesla appointment had been scheduled but the vehicle was never brought in by your team. I paid $700 for a lift and $1,900 out of pocket to Tesla to properly diagnose and repair the issue. The 30 day window I relied on meant nothing in my case. This has cost me time, money, and peace of mind. I am not asking for a handout, I am asking for fairness. Owner, please review my service history, reimburse the out of pocket costs I incurred, and hold your service team accountable so future customers do not go through the same ordeal. More
