Our only complaint is that one of the door locks doesn't work, but thankfully we purchased the extended warranty and hope to have it fixed soon. While all of the guys were great, I can't speak highly enough of Andrew. He was so patient and helpful...and most of all so personable! I cannot thank him enough for all of his help...even with things that were not in his "department." Lastly, we feel like we got a great deal on our Jeep and would definitely buy from them again. Very friendly when calling to set a appointment to test drive the vehicle the car was ready when we arrived. I purchased my sons first car at Carsmart in Hendersville, TN. The staff was wonderful and made our purchasing experience really easy and stress free. We made the trip to back to Alabama and the very next day we had to have the jeep towed because of a mechanical problem with the gear shift.. I called my salesman and unfortunately it wasn't covered under the warranty that I purchased. To my complete surprise, they took care of the bill over the phone. I WAS SHOCKED! VERY. HAPPY. CUSTOMER! They did what was right and that's hard to come by these days! THANK YOU CARSMART!! More
