I found a car online that I wanted, called carsmart to check the availability and at first they thought the car was gone. I went up that day and worked with Lew who let me test drive the car. What I liked about Lew was his laid back demeanor. He was confident about his product without being pushy because he knew the car was in excellent condition. He was flexible in working with me and let me take the car the next day to have it looked at by a mechanic. After everything checked out we purchased the car. It was extremely easy and I appreciate Lew for being so helpful and laid back throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend carsmart.net to anyone looking for a quality used car. And of course ask for Big Lew when you walk in he'll hook you up. More

This was my first experience with Carsmart.net. I have purchased many cars and have had some frustrating experiences, usually with the amount of time I spend going through the process. I was very grateful that Terry was there to meet me outside to help me find what I was looking for. Believe it or not, that very morning I walked away from another dealership because no one offered me any help. Their loss. I only assume they did not want to sell a car that day. Luckily I had already done my research online and knew which car I wanted and Terry immediately took me for a test drive. After I decided to buy the car, he and Eric quickly helped me negotiate a deal on my trade which was quick and easy. Finally, came finance. Andrew was ready right away and was very helpful and QUICK in going through signing the paperwork. He was very informative of the extended warranty available. And I was then on my way. In less than two hours. Fastest transaction in my experience for which I am grateful. I only have one slight negative to comment on which is that the owner (not sure of his name) was on the floor that day and as I was doing my paperwork with Andrew, he passed by. Andrew commented to him which car I was purchasing, but he did not seem to be interested and I expected him to show appreciation for my purchase. I expected an "hope the guys are treating you well" or "congratulations, I really hope you enjoy the car", etc. but he barely acknowledged me. I was not offended, he may have been busy and I am sure it was unintentional, so it did not take away from the experience and the rest of the team more than made up for it. I only mention it because in my mind customer service is important regardless of which position you are in the company and in this case, I felt the owner could take a few notes from his employees and that is a little out of the ordinary. Our only complaint is that one of the door locks doesn't work, but thankfully we purchased the extended warranty and hope to have it fixed soon. While all of the guys were great, I can't speak highly enough of Andrew. He was so patient and helpful...and most of all so personable! I cannot thank him enough for all of his help...even with things that were not in his "department." Lastly, we feel like we got a great deal on our Jeep and would definitely buy from them again. Overall, GREAT experience! More
