Everything was handled via text, email, & phone. They even had a driver meet us halfway with the vehicle and to sign the paperwork. If you want a the best, fastest, & easiest car buying experience of your life, I highly recommend this dealership. I rarely give a review but these guys impressed us so much, we are already referring our friends & family for future purchases. I'm not sure I will ever sit in a dealership for hours to play the back and forth negotiating game again. Crazy turn of events, I called Carsmart.net one evening around closing time, Lew answered the phone and didn't hesitate to listen and accommodate my questions as well as listen to my experience of car shopping that I had encountered that particular day. (Mind you it was closing time). I told him the car I was interested in that I had been browsing on there website. And I told him I liked and wanted the vehicle, he worked the specifics and he and Eric the General Manager took some information and after some paperwork, we had a deal. Ladies and Gentlemen, Eric and Lew had the car delivered to me the next day by 1:00 PM the following day. Transaction completed. I retired from the Military Service (Navy) less that a year ago. Eric and Lew thanked me for my service and that made me feel great about my service and their Support of our Armed Forces. Thanks Eric and Lew I love the car, I am constainly receiving compliments on the vehicle. I was pleasantly greeted by Terry Kretz who was gracious and patient in showing me several different types of SUV's. I did not once feel pressured to buy and when I did return to purchase the vehicle the experience was not stressful at all. I got the price I wanted with even a couple of extras thrown into the deal. The finance manager, Andrew, was just as polite and a pleasure to deal with. I felt like everyone was there to help me, not just sell me a car. Thanks CarSmart! I will recommend you in the future.
