I was pleasantly greeted by Terry Kretz who was gracious and patient in showing me several different types of SUV's. I did not once feel pressured to buy and when I did return to purchase the vehicle the experience was not stressful at all. I got the price I wanted with even a couple of extras thrown into the deal. The finance manager, Andrew, was just as polite and a pleasure to deal with. I felt like everyone was there to help me, not just sell me a car. Thanks CarSmart! I will recommend you in the future. We didn't feel pressured by Andrew, he was friendly and helpful - exactly what we appreciate. After we chose our car, we were able to get great financing on the spot. We could tell they were taking the time to get us the best deal possible on the loan. We were thrilled to drive our new car home that day! Would definitely recommend. More
