Well from the minute I stepped on the lot at CarSmart I was made to feel at ease and the staff was so kind and so well informed and I was treated with respect and care!! Brenndon was very kind and courteous and answered all my questions and was soooo helpful..!!! Andrew was all over it when it came to financing and Eric was very intelligent and knew the right answer to any concerns I had..!!! I am sold..!!! This is the only place I will ever go again for a car, and will tell all my friends and family to head here also..!!!! Thanks guys for all your help and for making me feel like family..!!! Wonderful Experience I had started shopping online for another car and carsmart.net was a front contender. I had pondered what I would do for a couple of weeks and so I fi I had started shopping online for another car and carsmart.net was a front contender. I had pondered what I would do for a couple of weeks and so I finally made the decision to go with Carsmart. My brother not to long ago bought a truck from here and gave me a recommendation for Lew Meriweather. So I called him up and scheduled a test drive. Started the paperwork that day before I went to work. The next day I had my new car just in time for the weekend. Searching for a car and sealing the deal was bringing me anxiety. This truly was a great experience Lew made me feel comfortable through the process that was completed in a timely manner. Everyone on the staff is nice too.If I have to do it again I would definitely go with Carsmart. More

Everything was handled via text, email, & phone. They even had a driver meet us halfway with the vehicle and to sign the paperwork. If you want a the best, fastest, & easiest car buying experience of your life, I highly recommend this dealership. I rarely give a review but these guys impressed us so much, we are already referring our friends & family for future purchases. I'm not sure I will ever sit in a dealership for hours to play the back and forth negotiating game again. Excellent Customer Service with Great Hospitality My experience was and exellent one. Crazy turn of events, I called Carsmart.net one evening around closing time, Lew answered the phone and didn't he My experience was and exellent one. Crazy turn of events, I called Carsmart.net one evening around closing time, Lew answered the phone and didn't hesitate to listen and accommodate my questions as well as listen to my experience of car shopping that I had encountered that particular day. (Mind you it was closing time). I told him the car I was interested in that I had been browsing on there website. And I told him I liked and wanted the vehicle, he worked the specifics and he and Eric the General Manager took some information and after some paperwork, we had a deal. Ladies and Gentlemen, Eric and Lew had the car delivered to me the next day by 1:00 PM the following day. Transaction completed. I retired from the Military Service (Navy) less that a year ago. Eric and Lew thanked me for my service and that made me feel great about my service and their Support of our Armed Forces. Thanks Eric and Lew I love the car, I am constainly receiving compliments on the vehicle. I would recommend that anyone that shops online in search of a quality vehicle, stop here first and I am sure you will find the car you want at an unbeatable price. More
