Unexpected Service I recently purchased a 2011 Grand Cherokee from the good folks at Car Smart. This was my second purchase from Car Smart, and I could not be more pleased. Everyone with whom I had contact, from Terry Kretz, the salesman, to Eric Hampton, the manager, to the folks at their new service department, seemed to be totally committed to seeing that my buying experience was way above average. Short story; within 24 hours I discovered a couple of minor problems with the vehicle. I took it bact to Terry who immediately told me that they would make it right. Eric even gave me a loaner car, full of gas, since they needed to keep my new vehicle overnight to order parts and make the repair. Yeah, it was the right thing to do, but how often have we dealt with folks who were not so anxious to do the right thing. I can assure you I will recommend these folks to everyone, and they will remain my "go to guys" for my next vehicle. More

Good experience Sale was easy no hassle & friendly salesman. My only complaints came after. I was told I would have XM radio free for 3 months. When I called Lew just said yours must not have had that much time. When I went to get tags I didn't have what I needed. Called Lew & he said I did. Called Andrew & he said oh you have to send the Marta to us & we'll get tags. I wasn't told that at closing. Then instead of mailing to me they called for me to pickup. I live 30 miles away so I had to make a trip. I had thought they would be mailed. Other than those things everything was good. Got a great interest deal and I LOVE MY SRX! More

Well from the minute I stepped on the lot at CarSmart I was made to feel at ease and the staff was so kind and so well informed and I was treated with respect and care!! Brenndon was very kind and courteous and answered all my questions and was soooo helpful..!!! Andrew was all over it when it came to financing and Eric was very intelligent and knew the right answer to any concerns I had..!!! I am sold..!!! This is the only place I will ever go again for a car, and will tell all my friends and family to head here also..!!!! Thanks guys for all your help and for making me feel like family..!!! Wonderful Experience I had started shopping online for another car and carsmart.net was a front contender. I had pondered what I would do for a couple of weeks and so I fi I had started shopping online for another car and carsmart.net was a front contender. I had pondered what I would do for a couple of weeks and so I finally made the decision to go with Carsmart. My brother not to long ago bought a truck from here and gave me a recommendation for Lew Meriweather. So I called him up and scheduled a test drive. Started the paperwork that day before I went to work. The next day I had my new car just in time for the weekend. Searching for a car and sealing the deal was bringing me anxiety. This truly was a great experience Lew made me feel comfortable through the process that was completed in a timely manner. Everyone on the staff is nice too.If I have to do it again I would definitely go with Carsmart. More
