Oline purchase On September 18, 2014, I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus ST with 15,258 mi. from the online site...They had 61 pictures of this car and I zoomed in and i On September 18, 2014, I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus ST with 15,258 mi. from the online site...They had 61 pictures of this car and I zoomed in and inspected all of them very carefully. I live in Kansas City and I had visited the Ford dealer here to drive the 2014 model and knew this was the car I wanted. I had many reservations as I have never purchased a car online before. Taylor Stinnett was very helpful with all of my questions and pleasant to work with. He was very reassurring as I had many reservations buying a vehicle I had not physically inspected. Everything went very smoothly and they delivered the car to me on next day as promised with a few unexpected exceptions... 1.) I only recieved one key. 2.) The hatchback cover shown in the pictures online was missing. I called Taylor the following Monday to inform him of missing key and hatchback cover. He said they only had one key for the car...( being that it was such a new car I didn't think to ask about that one). As far as the hatchback cover he assured me that it must be there somewhere and he would find it and take care of the issue. He said they would have to mail it and would get back with me on the following day. The car is everything he said it was and it even still has the "new car" smell...minus the hatchback cover which is very dissappointing. Was hoping they would make this right but I have yet to hear back from Taylor. More

Painless Experience! I was in the market for a 2011 white BMW, as this is the car I had set my eyes on and knew I wanted to get for quite some time. I found this car with I was in the market for a 2011 white BMW, as this is the car I had set my eyes on and knew I wanted to get for quite some time. I found this car with the exact features I was looking for and at a reasonable price at CarSmart (Hendersonville, TN), The salesman Brenndon contacted me within a couple of hours and we discussed the car and all of the circumstances regarding my purchase. Because my husband was out of town on Military Reserve duty, Brendan even contacted him to discuss his concerns and answer all of his questions regarding the vehicle. ( Thank you Brenndon!!) The following day I went to the dealer to look at the vehicle and make my decision. It was a painless and ironically, wonderful experience!! The salesman, manager, and finance coordinator (Brenndon, Darcy, and Andrew) were absolutely wonderful and made my experience easy and stress free.
