I found my future vehicle online and went for a visit. When I drove to the lot, I expected "the usual treatment" but I was pleasantly surprised. I had an excellent and unique experience at CarSmart. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I've rarely experienced this high level of customer service and customer satisfaction in a retail environment; I've never experienced it at a car dealership. I genuinely feel that the gentlemen I worked with (Brenndon in sales and Andrew in finance) had my best interest in mind while still balancing the needs of their business. They were professional, authentic, honest, and understanding. Equally as important, they stand behind their products and there was no pressure. I plan on visiting CarSmart again when I need another vehicle. They truly worked hard to make sure I was happy. More
