The only thing I would have done differently if I were them, would be to have gotten the emissions test done for me before I picked up my car. They went above and beyond to make my car buying experience easy, welcoming and affordable. I had called and had them start my financing over the phone; within a few hours, Lew had called back to tell me I was approved for the vehicle I wanted. They stayed open 2 hours after the business had technically closed just to get me into my car that night. Mailed paperwork to my husband who is working out of state. And still allowed me to drive off the lot with my car, even though the paperwork wasn't technically finished. Lew treated my children to drinks and donuts.
