This is a hometown feel type of dealership that I instantly came to trust. Shawn Bowers made the initial visit very easy, no pressure type of meeting and we just talked about cars and what I was looking for. The dealership sells more mid to higher-end used cars with a great variety and their website has high-quality pictures they take in-house. After talking with Shawn about the car I wanted, he informed me they did not have anything similar but without missing a beat, said he would work with his boss (Guy Alfieri) to find the car I wanted in the price range I requested. I received a text message from Guy (I believe the same day) confirming our "must-haves" and what we were flexible on. It was not a very long conversation but I knew this man knew what he was doing and could represent me in getting what I wanted... which he did! Overall, the experience I had with Carsmart, and continue to have with Shawn and the after-sales service, shows their dedication and professionalism to this industry and that hospitality is at the center of their business.
