Working with CarSmart, and more specifically working with Tyler Norman, was a GREAT experience! We didn’t even arrive to the dealership until 30 minutes before closing, and he stayed until 9:30PM answering a Tyler Norman, was a GREAT experience! I have never had an easier experience on the phone setting up and doing a purchase! Shawn was amazing, we were both honest about up front pricing, expectations and what could and couldn’t be done. The almost five hour drive to get there was worth it! We made a day trip of it, there was no bait and switch, no changing of the pricing, it was a sign, seal and out the door purchase.
