Where do I begin…. I have had the xxxxiest experience with this place. I come in to buy a car with an approval already in hand through my business to purchase a car tha I have had the xxxxiest experience with this place. I come in to buy a car with an approval already in hand through my business to purchase a car that I picked out online else where but CarShop had the car in stock. I get there and I get a salesman by the name of James who tells me he can help. I show him my approval and he assures me that him and his company have worked with a company purchasing cars through their business before, in fact he claimed his store does 50 a month. Between James going back and forth with his manager, they can’t seem to get my loan situated. After three hours of no results I get a notification that my credit has been ran. James tells me over and over that no one touched my credit, that in fact personal credit and business credit are the same thing. So now I have a hard inquiry after telling him I’m. Of running credit because I already have an approval. The manager tells me there’s nothing he can do so I decided to call another car shop to get it car transferred over to another location so I can deal with them. Once I got the car transferred over the finance manager of the Glen Mills location decided to give me a different price from what was quoted at the Mount Holly location, so after going back-and-forth over the price I finally got the price I was originally offered. Then once paperwork and everything was done, I asked for delivery. Their idea of delivery is having one of their employees drive your brand new car to your home, which adds miles to your car. I then get my car only to find out that my tires are no good. Neither location wanted to replace them because they said I have half the year left to use them. Not only that, I have to go purchase my own key and wait 3 to 4 weeks to get a second key, and I have to wait for one of the shops to reimburse me Once paid for. After having the car for five days I find out the hold that they put on my credit card was charged towards my down payment. Now why would I need to pay $500 more when I already had an approval and I’ve already paid my taxes and tags? Their finance department made a huge mistake and I’m paying for it. This is by far the worst company ever their own employees literally hate where they work and they are very dishonest. I will be taking next steps with this company for further reconciliation. I bought a luxury car, and it feels like the worst purchase of my life due to the simple fact the car doesn’t match the experience that I had to Deal with between both locations. The manager at Mount Holly was a complete xxxxxxx never once introduced himself try to accommodate mean or showed any compassion. I really can’t see this company being in business much longer. I bought two other cars from other dealers, and the experience there was superb . It’s a shame that I even had to deal with this. Mount Holly should not be in business selling cars because the customer service is horrible. Glenn Mills needs to hire a new finance manager because how can you make an error on someone’s down payment 9 days after purchasing a car? Theee most xxxxtiest customer service ever. You don’t have to worry about me ever coming back to this place. Oh and as for my tires, they only offered me a half tank of gas and a free car wash. So after somebody drives my car, all I get is a half a tank and a free car wash. This company doesn’t want to spend a dollar taken care of there customers. I literally had to raise xxxx just to get a full tank of gas and that’s all I got. My tires are still not up to standards and its ok because this is not the last time this company will hear from me. This was my second time having my car serviced at this location, from the moment I arrived I was immediately waited on, I knew I had to leave my vehicle. Later the same day I was told what my vehicle iss location, from the moment I arrived I was immediately waited on, I knew I had to leave my vehicle. Later the same day I was told what my vehicle issues were and that some repairs would be covered by my warranty and I would be responsible for the other repairs. My car was repaired and ready for pick up midday the following day and is running as smooth as the day I purchased it! Staff set the bar high for other service shops! More

I had never bought a car from dealer. CarShop was first time and the experience was amazing. Friendly staff, great sales agent and I couldn't be happier. I have now had the car for just o CarShop was first time and the experience was amazing. Friendly staff, great sales agent and I couldn't be happier. I have now had the car for just over a year and I take it in for routine maintenance. The service department does a terrific job keeping my car at peak operating condition. I like that they do a free multi-point inspection to check on the things most wouldn't notice until damage is done. A+ in my book. And I will continue to go their for all my car needs and when it's time for another car. More
