I had a fantastic experience purchasing my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from CarShop Mt Holly. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. I saw a JGC online that I was interested in. My salesman Matt Kehoe & GM De Grand Cherokee from CarShop Mt Holly. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. I saw a JGC online that I was interested in. My salesman Matt Kehoe & GM Dean Miller, made sure the vehicle was promptly brought to the dealership. Upon arrival Matt test drove it, noticed an issue, notified me & had issue fixed before I got there. Talk about looking out for the customer! I test drove it, signed the papers that day & drove it home. Matt & everyone at CarShop Mt Holly made the entire process, start to finish, a pleasant one. More
I bought a car from CarShop in Westampton (Mt. Holly, NJ) last week. The salesperson, Taylor Valdez, was terrific!! He is knowledgeable, patient, professional & kind. Alexis & Jessica addressed all my questions regarding the paperwork I had to sign to buy the car & they were both helpful and friendly. I needed to get an extra key/fob made & Dave in service even came out to my car to show me how to use some of the additional features that came with my car, while I was waiting for my new key/fob to be made. (Taylor did show me how to use all the buttons, but it's hard to remember all of them). Poor Kim in service...another patient & kind person. I made an appt for something I wanted the service dept to do for the car. She wrote all the appt info down for me. I walked out to my car & realized I can't come the day of that appt.that I just made. I go back in, Kim changed my appt and wrote the appt info all down again for the new appt date, all with a smile on her face. I want to make a special point here to recognize Sarah. She is a salesperson. Even though she was not my salesperson, she helped me as well on the day Taylor was off. She was very willing to answer questions and was very friendly even though I wasn't her specific customer, but she is a team player & I really appreciated that! (I would be remiss if I didn't tell you about their hot chocolate - I think I drank a gallon of it - it is sooo good! Just in case you are a coffee drinker, they have lots of coffee choices too). Last thing, the waiting room is comfortable & they have a big screen TV you can watch, if you have to wait while having work done on your car. More
