I was in the market for a used reliable car that was also affordable. I had heard many horror stories about other car shopping experiences so my anxiety level was quite high when I was on my way to CarSense. affordable. I had heard many horror stories about other car shopping experiences so my anxiety level was quite high when I was on my way to CarSense. The moment I walked into the door my anxiety level immediately started to decrease. The friendly faces of the CarSense staff and their eagerness to help me was refreshing. The explaination of what CarSense strives for was encouraging and motivating. My salesman, Bobby Morrison, was beyond helpful and answered every question I had with a smile. He kept the experience light and when he saw me getting overwhelmed he quickly helped me work through my thoughts. The prices of all the vehicles I looked at were extremely reasonable and made my decision a difficult one. I told friends and family what a great experience I had at CarSense and that it was actually fun! I would recommend all friends and family to CarSense!! More

I stopped by Carsense on a whim on my first day of serious car shopping and left the lot that day having found my dream car. I took the weekend to think it over and checked a few more places but nobod serious car shopping and left the lot that day having found my dream car. I took the weekend to think it over and checked a few more places but nobody came close to the price & quality at Carsense. Dan and the entire team were very helpful and not at all pushy from the moment I put the deposit down till they handed me the keys. The actual purchase process had some hiccups (not the dealers fault) and a lot of duplicate paperwork needed but Dan was patient and went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Overall it was an excellent transaction- I highly recommend taking a look at Carsense and when you go, ask for Dan! More
I had the most enjoyable visit I have ever had to a dealership. Mr. Camp could not have been more accomodating and friendly. He was NOT, however, pushy. This was the best experience I have had in a d dealership. Mr. Camp could not have been more accomodating and friendly. He was NOT, however, pushy. This was the best experience I have had in a dealership, and I sell my cars approximately every 3 years. Thank you for your assistance! More
This was the easiest car purcahase I have ever made, I made an appointment with Joe,he handed the keys to me,told me to take the car for a ride, without coming with us,never pressured or try to convince us made an appointment with Joe,he handed the keys to me,told me to take the car for a ride, without coming with us,never pressured or try to convince us to buy.I saw a few things as touch ups and had a few other questions,he told me not to worry, they had the best detailing department around, that the car would look like brand new,and told me to please ask any questions,or if i had any worries. You could tell that Joe had full confidense in his company, and that the car would look like new,and he was Exactly right. The 2010 Nissan Murano that we purchased looks like it just came off the show room floor, and I believe Joe that they will stand by thier promise,if I have any problems to contact him,and he will make sure that they will be addressed and taken care of. I would recommend CarSense to any one and make sure you ask for Joe Wilkolaski More

After a few moments on the lot, Todd Camp provided me with quality, genuine, no pressure service. After driving 5-6 cars, I finally found exactly what I was looking for. Todd was excellent to work with and got me through the paperwork in no time at all. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Overall, I would not only recommend Carsense to my friends in the market for a car, but I would also highly recommend that they ask for Todd More
This was my experience. I've owned, in the last 18 years, a Honda Civic, Acura Integra, Toyota Corolla and then last a Honda Accord (2007) bought in 2008. The Accord I bought from Enterprise Car Sale years, a Honda Civic, Acura Integra, Toyota Corolla and then last a Honda Accord (2007) bought in 2008. The Accord I bought from Enterprise Car Sale in Essington. Basically a good experience but I traded in a briefly owned 2004 Chevy Impala. Lost $4500.00 in the trade. When I drove the car home, my credit union stated I could not pay off the car in as long a time as we worked out with Enterprise so I immediately was stuck with a higher payment. Even at that, the car was good and I had no repairs but get tired of sitting in the same car so at 124,000 miles I started thinking about buying another car. I initially decided I would get a Camry this time. I went back to Enterprise because the experience with the car was good. I am not a mechanic fan! At any rate, all of the cars they offered were being sold at close to 40,000 miles. In addition, they offered $4500.00 for my car which essentially was in good shape. They also did not have any Hondas to look at for comparison. In the meantime, I started looking at Accords and Camrys on other lease/trade type websites. Carsense had later model cars with low mileage. I drove up to the store in Westhampton, NJ and was greeted appropriately by Todd. When I went to give him my license and registration so I could test drive a Camry, I found I had no license. As soon as I could I contacted the salesman at Enterprise and per him, he accidently (I hope) had my license and registration. What was not an accident was that he did not contact me when he realized this nor his partner fast talking me into trading in my Honda for $4500. They essentially made a fatal sales error. I went home and searched the Internet. The carsense website had few but still a number of Hondas and I thought if I spend just a little more money I could get leather, sunroof, premium sound system and to boot, another Accord. The Camrys seemed shorter on quality than I remembered. In the end, Matt Smyth, the salesman was very helpful, polite and I did not feel like they were pulling a paperbag over my head. I got a better rate than I'd been preapproved for. The car was nicer than anything I looked at previously and they gave me $6000.00 for the Honda I had to trade in. The experience really does not seem so good because the experience at Enterprise was so bad. This experience felt good because it was good. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or Todd and Matt. More
