DO NOT BUY THEIR ALLSTATE "Warranty". I took it to a Certified Mechanic who price the work and labor at $600. The Mechanic Called my "Warranty" that car sense sold me and low be hold.. they will not Cover not even a dime. I called Car sense and low and behold...you got it. They will not cover it nor would they even discount the service. AGAIN DO NOT BUY THERE WARRTY THEY ARE OFFERING and if so really do your homework or you will regret it. More

Story time:we needed an SUV. We were looking to go on a road trip that required us to have an SUV (plus we really needed one anyway, we’ve been borrowing other people’s SUVs for things all the time) PLUS, road trip that required us to have an SUV (plus we really needed one anyway, we’ve been borrowing other people’s SUVs for things all the time) PLUS, I was starting a new job the day after our return from our road trip. My husband had previously purchased a car thru CARVANA. I guess it went ok. So once again he turned to CARVANA to buy our SUV. We ordered and financed an SUV thru them AS A RETURN CUSTOMER well in advance of our trip. We waited almost a week an a half for a vehicle that was supposedly in Philadelphia (15 min from us). The car arrived and we were forced to reject it because it was in horrible condition, had been in an accident, the bumper was hanging, dented and scratched, appeared like it had been in a flood as the interior was muddy and had dried up muddy water lines on the inside of the doors. Seats gross dirty, even dried up mucus on a seatbelt. The beige clothed roof interior was covered in mud. After 3 hours on the phone with CARVANA, we selected a second vehicle, due to arrive 8/31; that was another week and a half away. We stressed the fact we had too much on the line hanging that 8/31 was too close to our deadline (we were due to leave 9/2.) AND that it had to be delivered that day and we were trusting they would follow thru this time. We were assured that because of the first big mishap they had it escalated to corporate oversight, we were good and should not worry. The day before we were due our car delivery we got a text from CARVANA saying the delivery was delayed till AFTER OUR TRIP OR MORE, that our car was in Texas. We were so desperate to get our vehicle in time we offered to fly out to Texas to pick it up. They kept giving excuses to make us not go and were constantly placing us on hold for so long where we had to call back numerous times which prompted us to check online to see (by verifying the vin#) and found that our vehicle was re-listed in their site, and cheaper! And it was located in AZ, not TX. At that point we had enough and we declined the sale. Demoralized, and afraid of losing our trip and affecting my new job without our SUV; we came across CarSense. We found the same vehicle we attempted to buy from CARVANA, newer, 30k miles less. We filled the financing app Sunday 8/30 after midnight and got an email first thing on 8/31 at 8 am from Joe (from Glen Mills, PA CarSense), who took care of us like we were his only client, and we were approved, and had our vehicle, a 2017 Jeep Patriot, High Altitude, delivered to our door for free by 2 pm on 8/31. That’s 6 hours from applying, to financing to delivery!! Our preowned SUV was delivered to us by Joe, our salesman from the start himself and Maurizzio (also from Glen Mills CarSense) in BRAND NEW CONDITION! It had only 21k miles, not a single cosmetic issue, inside or out, leather seats, powered everything! Washed, detailed and a full tank of gas. We are so impressed by their white glove service and how they really deliver what they claim and more, how respectful and how well they treat their clients!! Here’s the comparison: CarSense gave us the same car we were trying to buy from CARVANA, except, CarSense gave us a 2017 vs a 2016, we also got a high altitude trim vs just the latitude trim CARVANA offered, we got an SUV in brand-new condition from CarSense not a jacked up car from CARVANA, with record time delivery, cheaper, CARVANA only offered an extended warranty that covered almost nothing for only 70k, which meant we would’ve been only covered for the next 20k, while CarSense offered us an extended warranty that was comprehensive for 100k/6 yrs, and THE BEST PART: we were given WAY better financing terms, as CarSense offered us an interest rate that was 7% lower than what CARVANA offered us, and CarSense delivered the vehicle in record time FOR FREE, while CARVANA charged us $590 for each delivery that never came through. We 100% recommend CarSense from Glen Mills, and Joe and Maurizzio’s excellent customer service!!!! More

I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. Within 1 week the brakes were failing and the tires went not able to perform properly. In 4 mths i have had to replace tires, brakes, brake pads, the battery, and now brakes were failing and the tires went not able to perform properly. In 4 mths i have had to replace tires, brakes, brake pads, the battery, and now i am looking at a major engine repair bill. Carsense says all the items that needed to be replaced were within their guidelines and that they are not responsible. I only have made 4 payments on a vehicle that has major problems. This vehicle should not have been sold as it was. This has been a terrible experience. Their advertising is misleading as they claim to inspect each car. They do not and i was told at service that they shipped the car so fast that they must have forgotten to inspect it. I spoke to the Manager at the Hatfield location two times. Both times he said he would look into it and get back to me. Never did! Do not believe their warranty/words.Make sure you see a presale inspection report before you buy the car. Do not take their word. More
