Carsense EXCEEDED my expectation!!! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection of vehicles. Clean welcoming environment unlike most car dealer atmospheres. My wife didn't even mind going in there and she HATES going car shopping!! Great website that you can access in the showroom. Pick out your car and they pull it up. They give you a 30 second briefing and you are off on a test drive by yourself. You can shop any and all manufacturers at Carsense, very convenient. Sales staff is never pushing to close. They are just there to help. Easily the best experience I have had at a car dealer and I have bought ALOT of cars!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!! Finally, the reason I din't buy a car was because it made the most financial sense to stick with what I have. The kicker??? My salesman didn't openly dispute it and try to push me to buy. Sales associate Kate Davis and I met via CarSense.com email and she was VERY attentive and answered all questions via email (I sent around 10) quickly and completely. Kate worked out my financing approval and loan rate even before I stepped in to the dealership door and emailed me everything beforehand. Kate met us on Labor Day (yes she was working!) and gave us the keys to the 2012 Chevrolet Colorado for a test drive. The truck was completely prepped and I decided to buy on the spot. It's not clear exactly why Car Sense does not follow Kelly Blue Book values on trade-ins, but the price we received for our 2002 Ford Ranger was within $600 of the KBB value. The great price of the new Colorado eclipsed the trade-in value I was getting. Kate led us through the paperwork quickly, had the truck filled with gas and cleaned again, then before you knew it, we were on our way home in our new truck! Kate followed up with several emails afterwards making sure we were happy with our purchase and we were. I recommend buying from Car Sense - be sure to ask for Kate Davis. More

This is the third time we have been to CarSense in the last 12 years. The experience just continues to improve, rather than declining due to complacency. Sean was happy to see us, and actually remembered us from last year when we bought a truck from him. He did not remember our names - but did know what I bought - close enough! Anyway - back to the review - They brought the van from Uwchland, looked it over, and decided they could not sell that car to anyone - and immediately sent it to auction. We found a second one - this time in Pittsburgh, which they brought in for us and it wasn't quite as advertised by the dealer out there. We passed, and finally found the car we purchased at the Cherry Hill store which they brought over for us again. During the whole process which was only 4 days; Sean maintained constant contact, let us know what was going on at every turn, and above all was genuinely very apologetic. It has been 3 weeks now and we have told numerous people about our experience. Nearly every person we speak to just can't believe a dealer would risk a sale by refusing to sell a car - let alone bring three different cars from three separate stores just for us to look at! 2 of those we told have since bought cars at the Hatfield store.
