Best place I’ve ever bought a car from and I’ve been to a lot of them. No haggle, up front pricing, no bait and switch at all. Good prices too. They offered me a great price for my trade originally, but they went out of their way to find me more money for it and gave me another $500 on top of their original offer on their own! No other dealer has ever done that for me, they’ve always haggled me into the lowest they’ll pay for my trade and carshop offered me more! Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
Very accommodating and quick responding salespeople. Definitely will look to them again for our next car shopping needs even though it's about 190 miles round trip for us! Local dealers just haven't got this level of service and inventory. More

A friend told me about this dealership which turned out to be a blessing. I contacted CarShop on a Saturday afternoon in the middle of a snow storm. Sales Representative Syndi Cruz contacted me right away with my request to see several cars one of which was from another dealership. Syndi was very helpful and VERY COURTEOUS. She answered all my questions. If she didn’t know the answer she went out of her way to find the answer. She even arranged for another employee who was familiar Toyotas to explain all the bells and whistles on the car. Syndi wasn’t going to be there the day I could make it so she arranged for sales representative A----A to meet with me. The reason this isn’t a 5 star is because sales representative A----A was very rude. I asked her if I could play my music from USB memory stick to the cars sound system. (I had just given up my car which still had cassette and CD). She replied “that’s very old school. Nobody does that any more. They use their phone”. I said I don’t have music on my phone. She said she didn’t think the memory stick be done. Syndi did find out that it could be done. And then to end the whole rude episode she had me wait for 25 minutes with no contact. I finally got up and went to the front desk and told them I was waiting for 25 minutes and could they have Syndi call me the following day. The front desk apologized for the 25 minute wait. As I was walking out the door, A----A comes out to apologize. Too late for that. It just ruined the whole car buying experience. I recommend this dealership, but deal with Syndi. More
The good side to this was my sells rep Erika . She was very straightforward. I would tell anyone to ask for her when they go there. When I first saw the truck there it was a Monday and I called and spoke with a gentleman who then emailed me a form to fill out. He said I could call him back if I had any questions and he would be there till 8 p.m. I filled out the paper and called back less than 10 min. Then was told he left for the day. It didn't make sense but ok. This guy told me the truck was on the lot and he needed $500 to hold it for me while I start the buying process. He made me very uncomfortable cause he was trying to pressure me for the 500. I never felt that way before and been buying cars a long time. I knew I was not going to give in. So I said I was going to call the next day. When I did now I was told the car went to a auction. At this point I am totally convinced this business is a scam. The following week on my way to a different dealership I went back on Carshop and seen the truck called and spoke with Erika and she was awesome and I got what I wanted from the previous week. The other bad thing is my mirror is not working properly and I was told I couldn't get in till March 1. I got the truck on the 18. My business is on the road driving so I need this mirror fixed. I'm just missing money waiting for the appointment. Other than these 2 issues I have no complaints. Remember Erika Hess is the Best. More

Jerrod mad my car buying experience great when I came in to get my vehicle the longest part was waiting for the car to get washed lol I’d definitely come again and I have already recommended this to friends/family. More
