Just bought a used BMW X3 from Carshop, and it honestly feels like a brand-new car! Super clean, well-maintained and everything was checked throughly before delivery. This is our second car purchase at the CarShop and I’m not sure I would ever buy another car anywhere else ever again. Highly recommend everything about this place, Especially Matt R. I got a certified car from Carshop. Within the first five days, there seemed to be mechanical issues. I seriously thought about returning it, as the car was only two years old and I fel Within the first five days, there seemed to be mechanical issues. I seriously thought about returning it, as the car was only two years old and I felt like a newer certified car shouldn’t be having such problems. But Greg, the manager, was exceptional in listening to my frustration. He and the Service team worked together to figure out the issue. They replaced the rotors without charging me and delivered it to my place of work about an hour away. I’ve had the car for about a month now, and other than the hiccup in the first week, so far, so good. I’m only giving it a four star because I’m surprised they didn’t notice the issue upon certifying it in the first place, but I suppose that’s standard practice across dealerships. As a side note, I’m not normally a warranty person, but a tire popped and the warranty I (reluctantly) got covered the replacement of the tire. It makes me feel a little bit more at peace knowing I have that, as repairs are only getting more and more expensive these days. More
