A few things. I’ve brought my car in because I purchased it from you to begin with. Second, after taking it to the Honda dealership I got a feeling that your s I’ve brought my car in because I purchased it from you to begin with. Second, after taking it to the Honda dealership I got a feeling that your service could be better. After the first service, and several hundred dollars later, I wasn’t happy but shrugged it off as maybe Honda wasn’t as thorough as Carshop. Recently my check engine light went on so naturally I looked it up as to what could have caused it and saw that there were about 3 possibilities. Knowing my car was within 500 miles to the next scheduled service as reminded to me with the sticker on my windshield that your service center put on as my reminder, I said ok I’ll ask Carsense to look into this while doing the regular service that they said was due. So I called to schedule my service appointment and mentioned that the engine light appeared and while you have the car to please look into it. The scheduler was pleasant and agreed. So I dropped the car off for the day. Entire day. Well almost $400 later the check engine light is fixed. Know what wasn’t done? You may have guessed. Yup. The regularly scheduled maintenance, fluids, etc was never done. Simple stuff guys. So now I’ve got not only a need to schedule a service appointment somewhere but I’ve also got an opportunity to spend more of my time and money that could’ve been prevented had your service center done what I initially called for.
