We had a great experience with Car Sense. Everyone was very friendly and accomadating. Michael was very nice and informative. He remembered my daughter and I from an earlier visit. The only down side was that we wanted to pay in full for the car with our home equity line of credit visa card and Car Sense would not take it so I had to drive home to get checks for the line of credit.
