I told him what I wanted in a vehicle and he was able to find the perfect car for me. Dan is the man!!! Make sure to ask for him. In general, the managers and everyone there seemed to be very welcoming. I ended up having a car delivered from across state which I was initially hesitant about. However, it was a wonderful easy process. The car I was looking at was such a great deal and I test drove one on sight that was very comparable. It was a very easy process and the staff made sure the Buick Encore I bought was in good condition. I would recommend Cranberry Carsense to anyone looking to buy a car!!!! More

Do anything to get the sale Even though the advertise no hassle sales,my salesman was very pushy. He had an I'm office competition with "the guys" over who could sell more cars. Also, I had explained to him about a previous experience of a car salesman sending requests to every bank for approval and affecting my credit score. Wouldn't you know it...Carsense did the exact same thing (At least 10 banks). Would never use them or recommend them ever! More

Definitely would never buy there again Bought a 2015 Jetta from CarSense in Sept 2016. Along with that I purchased the gap coverage insurance. The sales pitch was "if anything happens that Bought a 2015 Jetta from CarSense in Sept 2016. Along with that I purchased the gap coverage insurance. The sales pitch was "if anything happens that your car is a total lose and not paid in full by your insurance co, gap pays the car off". Not true at all! My car was totaled April 2017... 34 phones calls and 5 emails later, the car still hasn't been paid off. Oh, the gap insurance paid but left a balance of $540 which CarSense was to pay directly to the loan co with the early cancellation of the gap policy. CarSense received a check May 17, 2017....still have never seen the $540 or the car paid off. More
