Car Sense Vs. Carvana My experience at CarSense was amazing! This is the third car I’ve bought at CarSense but this time I started at Carvana to try the car vending machine My experience at CarSense was amazing! This is the third car I’ve bought at CarSense but this time I started at Carvana to try the car vending machine gimmick (and it really is a gimmick) process. So, I decided I wanted a 2018 Honda Civic Type R without knowing all the ins and outs of that car. I took delivery of a car from Carvana and that process was fine and all, but I can say they didn’t give as much on my trade, and their warranty wasn’t near as comprehensive. I drove the Carvana 2018 for the week as they have a no hassle return policy, but yet so does CarSense once I realized I wanted a 2019 of the same car I found one on CarSense’s website and used their inquiry option on their web page to schedule a test drive. The car was in the Philadelphia area and would need to be transported to the Cranberry location for me to drive it. I got a call the next day from Andrew Ebel (a Car Sense sales associate) he informed me that there is a 195 dollar fee to transport the car (Carvana charges 300 BTW and they keep the money in the deal so you PAY the 300) where as if you buy the car from CasSense you get the 195 back. So let me say this if you are a millennial; and can’t speak to humans you will think the Carvana process is better but you will lose money at each stage of the game, Trust me it is totally worth it in this case for you to SPEAK TO A HUMAN!! So, the car was transported to the Cranberry location, I returned the 2018 to Carvana and received my traded vehicle back from them, that process was simple and worked like they said it would. I texted Andy and found out that even though I had scheduled to come in on Friday I could make it there a day earlier and he was totally accommodating to me just pretty much showing up whenever. A couple of things that are great about the CarSense process, the test drive you go on your own so you don’t’ have any sales “pressure” when you are checking out the car, and they tell you to take your time and drive the car! That is a HUGE plus from the normal process at a traditional car lot, normally you have to take the sales guy with you and he wants to talk to you the whole time, this way you can just drive and see if the car is what you like and need. There is ZERO pressure at CarSense you know the price of the car you are buying from the time you see it on the website till you purchase it. The only real options or choices you will be making about your purchase are the warranty options and hands down CarSense’s options are a BILLION times better than Carvana, trust me if you read the Carvana language it appears they are telling you what they won’t do where as at CarSense it feel and reads like they are looking to help you and make sure your car is safe and reliable. As the Type are is a Turbo car I opted for the 10 year mechanical warranty but they also have a 7 year coverage for all the cosmetic things that I decided to get as well due to very low profile tires on this car and Pittsburgh potholes possibly blowing up a rim. So the long and the short of it is at CarSense the car was a great value, they gave me more for my trade, the warranties are great (a guy that works for me bought a Ford Explorer with the turbo Eco boost engine and he has had 3 turbos fixed for no cost due to that, Trust me it’s worth it!!) The sales folks are great, Andy was top notch and I highly recommend going to him if you decide to go! And they also have a great return policy. CarSense beats Carvana hands down!! Don’t fall for the doing it all from an app millennial thing, trust me you WANT to talk to these folks you will get a MUCH better deal. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I did most of work online, so going to the dealership was to finalize paperwork and pick up my new car.
