I had a horrible experience with Carshop in Cranberry. I started a purchase on Monday 6-28-21 and sent emails for an update on Tuesday and Wednesday and I got a phone call Thursday 7-1-21 in the morning say started a purchase on Monday 6-28-21 and sent emails for an update on Tuesday and Wednesday and I got a phone call Thursday 7-1-21 in the morning saying that I had "5 min" to put money down on the car or I would lose it. I responded and said I've been emailing you for 2 days and his response was that he was on vacation on Wednesday and deserves a day off and I have "5 min" to make a decision or I LOSE THE BMW. Then the manager calls me today to rectify the issue and he was very very nice and explained what happened and I so kindly said I would remove my reviews online. I did go online and removed them but it takes 24 hours. I just got another call within 2 hours from the manager saying that their team monitors the reviews and they are still showing. Again, I do have a job and working so what if I wasn't able to remove it till 5pm today. I guess this is the "5 min" rule with them. Unbelievable!!!!!!! I am going to make sure everyone I know will know how I was treated. I did what they asked and it still wasn't good enough for them so now I'm leaving my review online. It's accurate and true and maybe this wouldn't happen if they had sensitivity training. More
